I dropped my out of state prescription there to get refilled. It sat there for 4 days waiting for me to pick it up. How do I know this? The date on the prescription bottles were printed on them! NEVER did I receive a text or a phone call(which I gave my phone number at the time of drop off for contacting me) telling me it was ready. When I decided to go back to the pharmacy, on my own, I was told VERY RUDELY by the lady at pharmacy check out that I needed to present her with my insurance card. This could have been alleviated by a phone call to me about my prescription being ready and a quick "Hey, don't forget your medical insurance card when you pick up!" I don't carry it with me. So then she proceeded to ask me, with a huff, for the last 4 digits of my SS to look up IF I have insurance. I gave it to her, she walked away from me to another computer, looked it up and yelled from across the area that my insurance is not accepted by Walmart pharmacy. Not a problem for me... ummm OKAY... I asked her how much, she told me and she walked back over to me, rang me up and I paid. Then she abruptly turned around, got my prescription (4 bottles....a 90 day supply??) Threw it into a bag, without saying ANYTHING to me, and walked it over to..idk... the check out counter pharmacist?? She left me standing there in her line with out ANY DIRECTION of what to do next or pick up procedures. I have had my prescriptions filled at other Walmart locations with NO PROBLEMS. This one, however, is a different story. Hopefully the lady behind the counter was just having a bad day and not a lifetime of bad attitude when working with the public!

I shop here 4 or more times a week for the entire store. Pharmacy I visit twice a month. I use the app and refill my meds. They email me when it's ready. With me everybody who works at Walmart is sweet, patient and very helpful. I do have to use a scooter and that might cause them to be a little nicer to me. I love them.

This pharmacy is terrible They are constantly misfiling my insurance and telling me that my medication is not covered Typically the medication is covered and is in such a class that it is supposed to be taken consecutively and loses effectivity when they hold up the filling of my scripts for days at a time The techs are extremely rude and short tempered when I attempt to correct the situation and were any other pharmacy more convenient I would stop using them immediately

If you need to talk to anybody that works at this Pharmacy do not bother trying to call they never answer the phone. I had a question and tried to get through to the pharmacy on two different days, calling multiple times they just let the phone keep ringing and once picked it up and hung up on me.

Probably some of the crapiest service iv ever had! Seems like every staff member just dont want to be at wprk and hates life. Their attitude sucks, They dont want to help and they dont not get in a hurry to go anything. Your rude and inconsiderate staff. Would recommend using a different pharmacy.

Very helpful people behind the counter! They take the time to help you find what you are looking for, and they make sure you know about your medication. They are friendly and helpful.
