Wells Fargo is a great bank, as I've been banking with them for many many years. Great customer service throughout the years. Today, Thomas Browning at the Greenville Street branch did an excellent job helping me over the phone with an issue. He was extremely kind, professional and patient helping me.Thanks again.

My brother had an appointment to open a bank account. He went all the way to the branch and they said we don't have anyone to help you. Go ahead and reschedule your appointment. A way too disorganized. The manager also don't even care what the client says. So disappointing!

The worst bank I have ever been to - I have had multiple problems with this bank but this was the worst today! I had a problem with my account today and could not reach anyone by phone at the branch, so my call was farmed out to a call center. After 6 representatives and 45 min on the phone I went in to the branch. I asked to speak with the branch manager. He came out and said that he had an appointment and was leaving but asked what was going on. While I was briefly explaining what happened he interupted me at least 5 times and pushed me off on someone else, whom could not help me. I would not recommend this branch or any Wells Fargo company!!!!! I should have listened to everyone that told me not to go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Turned me down because they were closing in 10 minutes. Worst branch I have ever been to. Mind you I have 5 account with them including a business account. I don’t ever have time to stop at a branch, the one day I can stop by is the day I get turned down. And the banker took a while to acknowledge I was there. Even the tellers kept on looking on him wondering why he was not saying anything to us. I worked for Wells Fargo a few years ago and that would have never happened at my branch. Will never go back there.

Don’t use unless you plan to never need customer service. They are so awful to work with that it’s still less work to just move all 7 accounts than to try to get them to help.

Why would you only have 2 people working on a Friday?! 1 inside front desk, 1 drive thru teller. I’ve literally been standing in line almost 30 minutes.

I liked wells fargo when I was with them had no problems until they closed my account for no reason at all said they figured I didn't need my account anymore

This is my main place for my money needs. Probably the best bank I've had in a long time. The staff is very helpful. I haven't had a single issue at all here.
