We waited on line for teller to sign us up to see a banker. Then we waited in lobby while one banker was making cold calls to Premier customers...which we are....big mistake! Another lady left for lunch. Good thing many branches

The service at this branch has declined so much. I had an appointment at 11:30 and Allison would not see me. This appointment was confirmed via text this morning. This is the second similar issue for us. This is absolutely the worse service we have experienced in 20 years. We will continue to transition to another bank. People's treatment matters.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. There is a location closer to me, but I prefer driving further because of the friendly staff. Also, the wait in line is never long.

Drive through WOULD NOT cash my check ? but 2 weeks they did 4 weeks ago they did 6 weeks 8 weeks etc...... why TODAY suddenly SORRY come inside then they give me ONLY TEN 10 DOLLAR BILLS

We went in online one open lobby til 12 on Saturdays one of employees walk over to me I explained needed open new account and we was told they was only one open today. The employee responded had do appointment and Wells Fargo was open Monday through Friday didn’t apologize or offer setup appointment for us when wet online appointment section unavailable

I've never been so disappointed in a bank and its staff. What's the point of banking with a company for almost 6 years and they turn you away with no help at all. You show up to work, at least do your job while you're there.

Very rude manager. She also did not step in while there were multiple people in line. The lobby had four people in line and all she could do is talk about the weekend with a coworker. Pitiful customer service.

Very slow customer service here. Ever since the branch on Hwy 28 by-pass closed you can’t get good service at any other Wells Fargo branch in Anderson. One shouldn’t have to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Staff are not friendly at all. I’m glad this isn’t my bank. I only use it to make deposit for work. You couldn’t pay me to be a customer of Wells Fargo.
