This car wash is a lifesaver when it comes to getting my car clean. We're there at least twice a week with our two children. The prices and deals they have are affordable for the services they offer.They should put the mini air blowers at every location because they are a big help when it comes to getting the hard to reach places in between the seats.

My 9 year old can do a better job washing a car than this place. Mt car came out just as dirty as it was going in. Their solution was to run it through again. So I'm supposed to keep driving it through until the wash finally does its job. It should have come out clean the first time. Never again will I use any Zips.

They let you decide how you want your car wash experience to go. Pay some money, drive through, dry it and vacuum yourself. Staff is always polite.

This place has gone down hill recently. Commonly only one lane open, parking lot has trash laying around, always an issue with the vacuums, right side "scrubber" not operating, and when they pre wash they only do the left side. Snappys was a much better operation. Planning to change to Papa Bear.

Shon went out of his way to clean the grill of my car, and he was so kind and had the biggest smile. A little courtesy goes a long way these days, and Shon is an asset to your business. I’ll recommend Zips to anyone.

The location on Greenville street is way better than the one on Clemson. Too many young employees at both locations with no maturity and very little work ethic.

In January 23 I went to the Zip Car Wash Hwy 81 Anderson where I had a membership. They said their was a problem with my membership and did another one. They left the same sticker in my window me not knowing any difference. Couple months later I notice them billing me for two accounts on the same sticker. When I called and confronted them to fix it and refund my money they said it would take 10 to 14 days. This went on another three months and never got my refund. I canceled them with my bank account. These people are a ripoff and I would not advise anyone to get a membership with these people. I will never use them again. I hope anyone reading this listens to my warning. Slick ways to still your money. I never had but one vehicle to go through that carwash.

My first visit to Zips had a promotion for $5 first time members then $35 a month for the I believe is the premium package (does everything, full package). My first time ever being a member at a carwash and am very pleased to say I love it!! I can just pull in, no wait, scan my car and off I go. Free vacuum etc. I love how it actually "CLEANS" the entire vehicle and doesn't miss spots like other carwashes. I definitely give them a 5⭐ ?
