I am absolutely ? +% in love with this pharmacy!!!! Ms. Lita B. is the pharmacist and she and her staff are on point!!!! Never had/have any issues with this pharmacy!!!! Love them!!!!

Worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. Always something wrong. I never review if something goes awry once or twice. Today:Text said last day to pick up prescription - go to pick up prescription - wait in line 15 minutes - was told that they returned said prescriptions - asked why? showed text - said they probably did at lunch or this morning because that's when they do returns, in a manner as such my fault - then after my asking, she re-filled the prescription - then told me it is ready and to get back in line (four more people just walked up) Exceptionably poor management and employees. How does a pharmacy operate with this kind of incompetency? Sure hope Walgreens will start taking my insurance again.

I did the self checkout and because some of my items were very light weight , it kept beeping that I needed to place in the bag so an employee came up there to help me checkout until I got all of the light weight items scanned. Very professional and very helpful. He made it very easy and was very nice!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Pharmacy was HORRIBLE. I had to use this location because they had my needed medication and my home CVS was out. The tech, who refused to give her name, was curt and spent more time rolling her eyes, sucking her teeth and huffing and puffing. The pharmacist who also refused to give her name found it appropriate to speak over the wall and never came to the counter but rather spoke over the rest of the people in the pharmacy. Both the pharmacist and the tech attempted to banter back and forth with me instead of working to resolve the issue. There was also what appeared to be a potluck going on as there was a spread of food on the counter near the dispensing of medication was being done. Maybe they were hangry because they couldn’t eat and had to serve the people who came there. They should shut this pharmacy down because clearly they don’t have any clue about how to provide service.

Pharmacy is awful. Called several times to see if prescription was ready. They tell me they never received it. Doctor's office provided print out of successful transmission of prescription to CVS. Called CVS they state they still don't have it. Changing my pharmacy immediately.

The pharmacy is lazy as hell. Anytime I get my medicine filled there, they always say it will take an hour which is fine but never actually takes an hour..takes 2 to 4 hours which is absolutely ridiculous! I call an hour later or pull up, and they always say it’ll be ready in an hour after they already said that an hour ago. Never will understand how it takes that long to put a label on a bag/box and count some pills . Crazy .

CVS Pharmacy has terrible performance and consistency. My wife and I take some common meds and same insurance and get charged different rates. Also staff is uneducated to secure prescription forms kicking back as invalid. Just too much hassle to deal with. I’m done.

If this pharmacy doesn't have your medicine they *won't call and tell you *won't help you track it down at another CVS *won't help you in any way, what-so-ever!!! They are exceptionally rude and I am currently taking them OFF my doctor's list for medicine. Publix pharmacy's are historically nice and I will just drive farther to get my meds. It's worth it for a little kindness. Publix *will* go out of their way to help you with your prescriptions. CVS WILL NOT!!!!!!

The pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful. Now I know why I switched to a private pharmacy. Every time I try to get my sons Accutane prescription refilled they tell me it’s not ready and to come back. Then I go back and they say they can’t fill it. Happens EVERY TIME. They don’t even care that they inconvenienced people. They just don’t care.It’s like they do not know the procedure to get into I pledge. This evening, the young lady told me I should probably just go to another pharmacy. She was not trying to be helpful. She was just being rude.I wish someone would see this who actually cares about their customers.

Absolutely ratches trifling and unnecessarily terrible service in all departments. After the cashier ‘whatever Ed’ me and walked away instead of ringing me up I stood there for 20 minutes and then got lectured by the store manager lolHe was even worse than the 15 yr old with the attitude! Trifling and sad. They won’t get far in life

My goodness. In looking at past reviews, it seems that this BALLENTINE store has received a majority of NEGATIVE reviews dating back 5+ years. My (little) beef is that we arrived at the outdoor pickup pharmacy yesterday (Sunday) at about 1:22 pm. The pharmacy shuts down from 1:30 to 2 pm for lunch. When they were done by 1:26 with the car ahead of us, it was our turn at the window, but the transaction window had been shut closed. So, I went inside, got to the pharmacy cash register at 1:28 and they had closed down, too! I asked and was informed that they were closed. It was early Sunday afternoon, and the store was NOT busy. Couldn't be bothered to allow me to pick up at $7 thyroid pill prescription. That was about 90 second transaction. On a scale of 1-10, this experience was about a 3 in terms of annoyances. Now, I'm grateful for our medicines, pharmacies that are open, and the availability of medicine in the good'ole USA, etc. But, I wonder how much of a refresher course in customer support does this crew needs? What if the prescription pick-up had been urgent, and was needed immediately? Gracias.

The staff at the pharmacy could care less rather or not you get your medicine. Transferring prescriptions is a nightmare ?
