Allen was very helpful..i am a older lady and had a hard time following Allison she rolled her eyes and had no patience with me...was referred by friends they didn't acknowledge that and was rold nothing about a Sam's membership and I got 2 phones 2 lines spent 200.00 even with free phone promotion...should gave been treated better ..

Some people don't need to be a manager when they're not qualified for the position. The manager screwed my account up that my service was disconnected. I never received a call back to help me with this issue after I spoke with her. She told me she would. Is this how cricket treats their customers. She took the wrong payment and now I have to pay $16 for the disconnection fee. How fair is that? Let's take the customer's money. That would be 51.00 instead of 52.00. GREAT JOB!! GO FIGURE!!
