The 3 at the front of store were very polite and helpful. Nick, Fatima, and the store manager all took time to help and were so kind .Could not have ask for a better experience.

Where do I even start…? This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! I have placed only 2 online orders & both have been absolutely terrible experiences. The manger can’t fix a thing, she states call 800 cvs… I did they didn’t care. It took me 7 calls. 3 ppl hung up. They wrongfully charged my debit card & not my gift card. I canceled my cvs care card & I am DONE with this place. I pulled all my prescriptions out of the pharmacy too! This is a HORRIBLE STORE!!!!! They never have anything in stock either. They stole from me & more less said who cares!!! Don’t worry I’ll never return. Ashley the manager told me I would get my $15 rewards back due to order was cancelled…. No I haven’t gotten that back either!
To cvs reply- I will not contact anyone from cvs to get anything straightened out!!!!! I spent 6.5 hours on the phone with y'all yesterday!!!! You will NOT get my Friday too!!! Pull your calls…. You never gave a crap yesterday so why now??? Just asking…. And To fix this situation would take 100’s of dollars …I ran to the store 7 times, gas, my time ect ect. so no thank you!!! Plus y'all charged my debit acct NOT my gc … like how do companies get by with fraud?? How?? I’d be under a jail if I did this… yall are no more then an overpriced drug store taking advantage of people!!!

Yesterday I walked into this establishment to load money on my card and use the resroom. The lady at the register was very nice and pleasant. As I walked into the restroom, it was very nasty and not clean. Trash and toilet paper 🧻 all over the floor and the soap dispenser was out of order. This is unacceptable and the employees needs to do better cleaning the resroom.

Items have been out of stock for weeks. Store is consistently in disarray. Some associates do not even acknowledge customers. They are either too “busy” or otherwise distracted. I hate that this is the only option in my town.

I stopped in tonight to get my son some ortho wax. We were discussing the wax and what the package looked like since we've never had to purchase it from the store. While discussing the wax, Mrs. Robin was kind of enough to come over and offer to help us find it, but her awesome customer service didn't stop there. I had to get a few pictures printed, and I selected a print in seconds. However, it did not show up on the system. Mrs. Robin went above and beyond by rebooting the system. It took a minute to boot back up, but as soon as it was done, my pictures started printing. She asked me to hold on a few minutes when I said I would come back on Sat. She made my night by helping me get my pictures printed for me. She was extremely nice, extremely helpful, and willing to help me not once but twice! I hope you're in CVS and need help, Mrs. Robin is working cause she will be willing to help!

Terrible customer sevice for the Phamarcy so respectful . I got there first and both ladies took care of other people that got later. I waited there for 15 mint . One of then was on the drive true and will not come until after 8 cars passed. I used this Pharamcy over 8 years . Today is my last time

Pulled gate down and said come back at 2 o’clock. I was literally standing in line and was the next customer. Very poor service at pharmacy!!!
