some of the tellers I mostly use drive-through are very helpful and knowledgeable. They've been there for a while. There has been a great deal with management turnover and they often have inexperienced management. Due to this inexperienced, I have had no access to online banking because they can't get my new phone number in the system and now they've blocked me out of my online account due to putting in the wrong phone number. There's been too much staff turnover, especially management turnover and I do plan on switching banks very soon.

Do not open an account with this branch. There is no customer service. If you open an account you can not get a temporary debit card. According to corporate customer service it will take 21 business day to get a card printed, then it gets mailed to you. The branch manager, Mark, does not care and has no solution for his customers

Applied for an account online. Free checking.755 credit score, more than enough financials to open an account, no bad bank history, heck no criminal history, nothing.But still got denied a checking account with no reason being given. Guessing that it may be something else ✋?.
