“I came into the pharmacy on April 23rd with my kids, and I just want to say how kind and thoughtful one of the staff members, Hurbai, was. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even gave my kids lollipops, which honestly meant more than she probably realized. It was such a small gesture, but it made a big difference in our day.
She was warm, patient, and genuinely caring the whole time. You can tell she enjoys helping people and takes pride in what she does. Moments like that really stand out, especially when you’re just trying to get through a regular day with kids.
