For the last few months my packages have made it to me already opened. Also with my address re written in large black marker.Whoever is peaking I hope you enjoy what you see. Just know it’s illegal and a really weird thing to do.

Always have issues with this location. Never experienced such awful services and care of packages. Needs a new crew from the Post Master on down!

Yet again(not sure why) but a package was NOT delivered due to a lie. They said "front door or driveway was blocked". Neither are true on any given day. If you don't get to me to deliver fine but don't lie. Very disappointed once again.

The lady ringing up orders and taking packages act as if she doesn't care if she loses her job or not. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

Terrible customer service. They do not offer passport photos contrary to what the USPS has on the website. Arrived for my passport appointment only to find it has been canceled due to staff shortage.

I overnighted a package from Columbia. I verified the package would be delivered on the next day and paid $27. The recipient would be leaving to go out of town for an early morning flight the morning after package was to be delivered. The package was marked delivered: however my package was not delivered to the intended recipient.I had to call the post office in excess of 5x before I made contact. The representative took my name and number and stated I would be contacted by the postmaster. No one contacted me,. I called back and spoke with Nicole (the postmaster), and had an attitude when I said he didn't call me back. I spoke with her the week before Thanksgiving and she asked me to give them until the Wednesday before Thanksgiving for a refund (carrier delivered to the wrong address).I called today (almost an extra week) and was told they needed more days because USPS isn't refunding me but the carrier is because they delivered to wrong address. I advised she told me to give them until last Wednesday. Her words "and I'm telling you that you will have to wait because the carrier is waiting to get paid". I couldn't tell the postal service to mail my package and wait until I get paid for payment. I shouldn't have to wait for a refund.

It'd be great if we actually received our mail instead of the neighbor's receiving it! There's nothing like playing hide and go seek for your mail. It's always amazing to get notifications for online orders stating they have been delivered that were in fact, never delivered also. Losing out on money is always a plus. Before wasting your time going to the post office (should you run into these issues), don't bother trying to resolve the matter. They won't do ANYTHING about it. Everyone should apply for jobs here. Obviously it's it's gravy train and you don't actually have to do your job.

Really a zero star…I dropped off a $500 item that i sold on eBay, it was around 30 pounds and about 1ft square, it was scanned in but magically disappeared out of the system?? package hasn’t been seen since and I’m out of $500. Reported it through the postal service with no luck as of yet. Use ups or fed ex if possible

So disappointed I can't leave zero or minus zero stars. The woman that was at the counter was very rude and nasty. I had questions about insurance. They were not hard questions. It was obvious that she didn't feel it was her job to be bothered with simple shipping and insurance questions (um. Hello. You work for the USPS. Isn't that what the USPS does? They ship stuff). I mail a lot of packages and have never encountered anyone this rude. I was taken aback by her nasty little attitude.

When we call they are always very nice. Unfortunately our mail-woman rarely delivers our mail on time, and when she does, she drives across our front lawn to do so, or sits in her car an lays on the horn until someone comes outside. Even if we are home we constantly have packages marked "delivery attempted" in the morning, see her deliver neighbors mail hours later, and never come to our house, even to leave a notice.
