“Mr. David has always went above and beyond to help me find what I need or help me however he can. My Papa surely did love him, and I’m proud to say that so many of the products Mr. David sold Papa (Howard) are still in use to this day, and very much loved by me and other family members. You’ll never get better customer service than at Western Auto. I’m glad that a store I’ve loved my entire life still exists, and that I still get to see Mr. David now and then. “My outdoor pizza oven sat broken for nearly three years and I’ve called several people to come fix it. No takers. It was an Italy product and ordering parts would be a nightmare. I reached out to Grillers Choice since I saw their custom grills online. I thought maybe they knew what to do. Tim came over and examined the oven. He took the heating element with him and came back within an hour. He installed the part back after he serviced it and was kind enough to show me how to properly use the oven. I’m so happy he was able to fix it!!! Thanks again!!”
