“I recently visited your store looking for some bedroom furniture for myself, specifically a chest of drawers and matching nightstand. I texted the store first to ask some questions and the staff were prompt, and helpful with their responses. I live in Lexington, but the drive there was very fast and easy. I came with my step dad and daughter (4). I was impressed with the size of the store, and their inventory. Danna greeted us at the front desk and informed us that their bedroom furniture was upstairs. I saw 2 pieces I had liked online and was able to take photos of their tags. No one bothered/pressured us while there at all which was refreshing. I showed Danna my photos and she checked that they had them in stock. I asked about their 5 year protection plan, and decided I didn't need it. I had an extra delivery fee appliex because the furniture needed to go upstairs. I was made aware of it already through texting the store so it was fine with me. Danna was very pleasant and kind. She even gave my daughter a cute little ducky toy which she loves! The delivery team were very polite and professional. I was glad to see extra care was taken to prepare the heavy chest of drawers for it's trip upstairs with extra wrapping and padding added to the dollie. The whole thing went up no problem and they were so quick! I'm super happy with my experience with this store, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Ya'll are wonderful!”

My Papa surely did love him, and I’m proud to say that so many of the products Mr. David sold Papa (Howard) are still in use to this day, and very much loved by me and other family members. You’ll never get better customer service than at Western Auto. I’m glad that a store I’ve loved my entire life still exists, and that I still get to see Mr. David now and then.
