Awesome overall service! Friendly and quick! Love the drop-off service. I have used other H&R Block locations in the past (job relocations) and all the ones I've used have been good but this location has been the best experience. Kudos to Barbie Jackson and her staff for going the extra mile for us!

The Tax pro Barbie Jackson is very rude and very racist, she was lying to people telling them she didn’t have appointments when she in fact did have appointments, she wouldn’t listen to what I had to say, then kept making racist comments , she act as if she was irritated, typing in incorrect information purposely dismissing me. Going back and forth as if she wanted to argue. I’m telling you if you are a POC don’t go to this lady she needs to be fired . When you decide to get a job helping people you help them regardless of being ignorant. This H&R Block deserves no start this lady is very problematic.

Barbie Jackson, has done my taxes for the last 4 or 5 years..... She is wonderful and has helped me with many issues and many moves to different states. Barbie Jackson and her staff in Batesburg, SC are the best.
