“The lady that helped me was so nice. I had surgery on my ankle six weeks ago and she showed genuine care and empathy. I was using one of the electric scooters which embarrasses the mess out of me, but she came around the corner to get my payment and bring me my change and medicine. So many people will just watch you struggle, or offer to help awkwardly, but this lady jumped right in like we'd been friends for years. I really hope her coworkers are all just as nice.”
