Would give 1/2 star if I could. Several reasons but yesterday I was told they couldn't get my oil cap off, so I went straight to my car opened hood and brought the man out with me and showed him that I could open it so why can't they, he proceeds to tell me oh oh oh he probably meant to say something different. I'm honestly not even sure my car was actually pulled into a bay because I went off to shop in Walmart while I waited. It wasn't even 10 mins. Sad part is this has happened to me before at this same location and was told they couldn't get the oil filter out so they couldn't change it then either. I will not try again. I think they are full of excuses to reasons they can't simply change someone's oil. The first time I went to a local place near my home and they changed it with no problem. As for yesterday's visit I did not go somewhere else to get it changed YET to know if someone else can change it.Service: Oil change

Do not go here if you can help it!! You can do a check in online but that doesn't mean @$%#. They don't open when online allows. And they dang sure don't care. All the people but one was rude and didn't care about anything. They also have old equipment that can damage your rims. This was told to us by the one decent person back there. The rest of the walmart staff seems friendly. Not these guys.

I went there for an oil change on Sunday afternoon. I was told I would be there no more than 45 minutes, but I ended up being there almost 2 hours. They said they were short staffed and when they did attempt to do my oil change, they took my vehicle back out of the bay and parked it I was notified the text that my vehicle was ready and when I went to retrieve my car the salesperson at the counter couldn't find the paperwork all was my keys. When he went to check the technician stated that I had an oil leak and they just handed me my keys to my vehicle and said no charge and dismissed me. They never even went to show me where the possible leak was and sent me on my way. Poor service two people standing at the register when one of them could have been in the back helping the other two technicians. I've never go back or recommend them to anyone. Poor management at the end of the day it's a reflection of the manager.

I witnessed my partner take his truck to Walmart on Sunday for in oil change. He was told that the wait would be 45 min. So we went into the actual store to do some shopping. We must have walked around for almost 2hrs. I just got tired of walking. So we went back to check on his truck neither casher or technician was there to help the people in line that was starting to form. I set out side on the bench and i noticed that his truck had not yet been pulled. When they pulled it the did not change the oil saying that it was an oil leak. That was after having it pulling for less then 15min. I was confused because why did he not show him where the leak was and present paper work, or inform him of anything out of the ordinary. Maybe they where short staffed but that should not dictate the quality of customer service.

We want to thank all at the auto center, but a shout-out to Ryan, he was very respectful and helpful. We went in for a oil change and the tech let us know that the tires needed replaced. Ryan stepped in found our tires and less then 45 min. later with the help of the crew we were on our way. Then we got a phone call from Ryan letting us know that we had not paid for the oil change. He was apologetic, and kind knowing this would be a inconvenience, but not a problem. We were happy to come back in and pay. Nice work Ryan and the crew at Walmart Leesville, SC. ?

I literally just got off the phone with a young man named Ryan. He was so friendly and helpful. I always have a pretty decent customer service experience when I have been there, but he went above and beyond to answer my questions. Give this gentleman a raise!

I have gotten my oil changed here several times. Every time I have picked up my car afterwards I have had to clean motor oil off the front of the car, the hood, the door, the steering wheel, etc... yesterday I picked up my car to find thick black grease smudges all over the white ceiling above the drivers seat. Almost like someone intentionally wiped their hands all over it. Of course the employees did not apologize nor did they clean/ attempt to clean it. Most of the employees at this Walmart Auto Center are just completely worthless, no integrity or respect for customers!

I had a Headlight bulb replaced and air in tires. The service was fast, employee was friendy and welcoming. Very pleased.

Service was good. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. Had to wait a while for my oil change but it was a Saturday so I was able to stroll through the store and shop while I waited.
