U-Haul screwed me over and changed my reservation to this location woman on the phone was the opposite of helpful. Cutting me off and eventually hanging up on me saying I cursed at her when I did not. Can’t wait to live nowhere near people like here

I have rented several units from this location and always had a good experience with Pat the manager. However, I moved out over a year ago and still have not gotten my deposits back. I have called, written emails, and even complained to the SC Dept of Consumer affairs. This company would not respond. Although it is a small amount, I suspect that this is a pattern. Not good.

Can not recommend enough. Have used for two local moves, both during 96 periods (one during New Year's Eve weekend). Only charged me for Friday and Saturday, regardless of if returned Sunday or Monday. As long as it was back the morning they returned to work, only charged me for two days. Did not charge me for dollys or blankets or anything, just a flat rate for gas and daily rental. Would recommend to anyone moving locally.

The uhaul I rented was fine. I returned it at night. I came back in the morning to pay for it in cash ,which I had spoke to the agent about doing. They had already put it on my card.

Warning! Anyone who has furniture stored near unit #309 in the temperature controlled building should be aware of termite infestation. I stored my possessions with ABC for 7 years expecting they would be protected from termites and pests. When I recently emptied the unit I discovered several pieces of wooden furniture were actively infested by termites. The tops and insides of the furniture were destroyed. It was evident the infestation had been going on for some time to result in the amount of damage. Immediately I left the unit to find the manager, Pat. She returned to the unit with me to see the damage. She was astounded, as we all were. She assured then me she would contact the management at once. My son and a mover took the infested pieces of furniture out of my unit and placed them in the hallway in front of other storage units. We assumed the manager would call the termite company for the items to be removed immediately and for the area to be treated for pest infestation to protect other units. When we left our empty storage unit three days later, the furniture was still in the same place we left it. I have photos and video of the damage and live infestation.
