“The date I moved was 5/19 and have seen many changes. Beaufort is my home and I get to live in a great location. Moving in at that time a different company owned the facility and it seemed there were some problems. Another company came along with a temp for the office and a new maintenance man, Greg Brinker. The first meeting with the residents went well, they were all happy to have someone that knew what he was doing. Then for a while he did both, office and maintenance. He was very busy but always polite and seemed to be able to do more than the other maintenance man. There have been many improvements since he’s been here! It is an older facility but I have seen him go above and beyond fixing & helping the many residents in any type of situation if he can. I really like my place that I call home, Laurel Hill Senior Apts.
