The employees seemed bothered to have to get off their own phones and do any work. Sitting down on their own phones they didn't bother to get up and acted annoyed with my questions. Poor attitudes and poor customer service. Won't go back to this location and considering switching service to one that at least acts like they care.

I just spent 3 hours in this store for them to activate and sync a watch. Left the store with a watch that still isn't syncing and they can't figure it out.

On my 4th phone from AT&T and never had to buy a charger, should have been informed of this before I got home and went to charge my phone and realized I couldn't because there was connector in the box.

Chase was absolutely amazing! He listened to our needs and helped us change our plan to what would suit our 6 line family plan the best! He never made us feel rushed and he took the time to really listen and put up with our shenanigans. If I could give Chase 10 stars I would. At&t has been our family's cell provider for 20 years now and they have always been good to us!

Our local AT&T generally is wonderful. Young men usually who I can depend on when I need help with my phone. I have a small 20 lb Shiz Tzu service dog. The young man immediately ask me if the dog was a service dog. I replied yes. He was the only person in store. As my husband and I approached him, hubs was already irritated I noticed the gentleman was somewhat uncomfortable. I began to explain my problem and he had the body language that tells me the man is afraid of dogs. Sammy is a very sweet dog and loves meeting new ppl and children. Of course I have in fully under control. My husband got really irritated because the young man was keeping his eyes on the dog. Husband says come on let's go. Long story short...your employees should be trained with understanding of the ADA Law to protect handicapped ppl. And simply not hire ppl who have that great a fear of dogs! Sammy is 20 ibs and the sweetest dog anyone would ever meet.
