I simply called to ask what the price would be to fix an IPhone 11 screen, I called once and no answer than proceeded to call again and the employee answered very fast and said with a very snotty attitude “can you just hold for a second” I simply said yes and then waited 20 minutes on hold, I believed that maybe the employee may have forgotten so I hung up and called again several times only to not be answered again. Horrible customer service.

Amy was fantastic! She greeted me at the door, and went above and beyond and resolved any and all concerns I had with my phone's. She is undoubtedly a very knowledgeable representative who provided me with great advise and did everything to she could to get me a great deal.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars!!!! The store rep was so rude I had to get out of character with her. I went to get my son a phone but after going back and forth with the unprofessional store rep I decided to take my money elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money with this store.

This is the most poorly ran store for it being a boost mobile store. The people that works there took my daughter money lied and said that they had voided it and that it should be back on her card well IT has been two weeks and there was nothing.They were mean to her spoke rudely and very unprofessional. They can't admit when they are in the wrong. Use the on line boost mobile or call them for professional help not at this place. uneducated acting unprofessional people that will make mistakes and not admit it. My daughter had to now do another dispute against them today. Run fast never visit this place!!! HORRIBLE!!!! need to be shut down taking advantage of innocent people!!!!

I came to the store at 10:55 because the sign said that it opened at 11,the girl came opened the store never spoke to the people waiting,got the mail and was leaving and someone asked her what time will she be open,she snapped and said 11:30 ,so I asked when was she going to tell us.This is terrrrrrible customer service

Manager Amy was so helpful and friendly! She helped me with my ACP application that I was having an extremely difficult time with. I was very satisfied with my visit and the store location. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service the second time I went in, as a result of that I have switched to Metro PCS and my entire family switched and I have numerous friends are are planning the switch. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the worst and 10 being best I give this place a negative 1... Don't waste your time with boost mobile, they are rude and do not fix issues that their over seas people mess up. All in all it is a TERRIBLE place to shop for phones. I wouldn't even buy my kid a phone here let alone a grown adult one.
