I was in a jam because my rental that I had booked weeks in advance with Enterprise all of a sudden wasn’t available an hour before I needed to leave and I went crazy looking for somewhere that had a rental available I called these guys and they were amazing, the prices were wonderful. It was a quick process in and out and I was on the road not much after I was supposed to have left thanks to them. I will definitely use them again.”

“Payton at the Beaufort SC LOCATION where I live went above and beyond to satisfy me. The Orlando Florida locations would not answer the phones, and when they did everyone kept saying they were not able to swap my rental out do to check engine light issue being that it is an enterprise vehicle and I purchased it to take my family on vacation to Florida (5 hours away from where I lived)! I kept getting turned around and sent to the airport where there were numerous return full size suv just like I had, but again they said they didn’t have any vehicles. The airport?? Seriously! Mind you I had the rental from Thursday to Tuesday. At the closing of Monday a location had a mini van at 6:10pm so I drove this suv with check engine light on for days, I could get the mini van and drive back home to Beaufort early Tuesday morning. I didn’t want me nor my family to be on the side of the road, so we couldn’t do half of this things we planned!! Payton I want to THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!”
