Do not shop here.Bought 2 shirts and made sure with Olivia that I could return one the next day.When I tried the man was super rude and wouldn’t give me money back but handed me a gift card. Gift card has a zero balance so the store still owes me money.Nice things/not nice experience

We visited in April and were able to find some great souvenirs (Beaufort T-shirts, magnets, postcards, etc.) They also have a large selection of non-souvenir items though! I bought a pair of Simply Southern car coasters because I've been looking for some for awhile! Great find!

My family went to this store while visiting the historic district of Beaufort. We bought several items. However, a pair of shorts did not fit like expected. On the receipt, it said that returns must be made within 7 days (this was 2 days after buying), all tags must be on the item (they were), and must have the original receipt (I did). We stopped by the store on the way back home and were going to get the $52.99 back for the shorts and be on our way. I was then told by the cashier that they did not do returns and did not know why their own receipt says they do. The cashier even called the manager on the phone and the manager said the same thing. I was given store credit to a store I probably won’t be in the same zip code as for a long time. I had just spend $109 there a couple of days ago and wasn’t treated fairly. Do not shop here unless you are fine with not getting your money back if a product doesn’t fit or live up to your expectations.

If I could give negative stars I would. Got a t shirt as a gift that didn't fit, went to exchange it and waited 10 minutes for the rude young women serving us to tell us that without a receipt she would have to charge us for another t shirt. I left her my shirt that didn't fit on the counter, explained to her that would never come to the store again. I also let her know that I would make sure everyone on Callawssie Island where I live knew about the incident and to make sure all their guests visiting CI and Beaufort knew where not to go.

Carolina Me Crazy on Bay Street in Beaufort is a great place for gifts and clothing that is everything Beaufort and beyond. They have a really good selection of unique items that has something for everyone and it is easy to find something for all on your shopping list. They have really good values and you can get many items for a good price. I have enjoyed shopping here every time and have been happy with my purchases.

Saturday night I came in and was nicely greeted at the door. I purchased two T-Shirts and I was so pleased with the great service and products I came back the next day. The same girl was there and offered great assistances once again. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Beaufort!

Went here on Sunday evening August 2nd as I was vacationing in the area. I made a purchase and the girl working behind the counter acted as if it was a chore to ring me up. She was rude and definitely not customer friendly. I hope management sees this and values customer service and maybe take a moment to verbalize this with their employees. Thank you.
