City Nails offers a positive experience with prompt service and comfortable chairs. The paraffin treatment is exceptional, and prices are fair. The salon is conveniently located near a pizza place and a Publix grocery store. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, with one mentioning how they treat elderly clients with respect, especially a staff member named Andy. Another customer, who visits from Florida, praised Michelle for doing a great job on a full set, and also enjoyed a good pedicure. Additionally, a visitor new to the area was pleased with the service received during a French manicure and pedicure, noting the station was clean, tools were sanitized, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Despite some reports of distracted technicians in the past, many clients find the skill of certain staff members, like Vincent, to be excellent.
I take my elderly Dad in for a basic manicure every month. He uses a wheelchair. The staff always treats him so nice and with respect! It means a lot to us both! Thank you to all, especially Andy🙋♀️
