I called up Nathan and he got me in the same day, walked me through every step of what he was going to do to fix my computer, and was honest about the prices. I thought paying up front for something like this would be a bad idea but Nathan put all of my fears to rest. He spent the next 3 days working tirelessly on my desktop and had it all repaired with parts that were better than what I had. After he fixed almost everything, he let me know that my graphics card needed a lot of attention and work, and he spent the next 2 weeks working on it giving me the step-by-step tutorial on what he was doing as well as how I should look into options if he couldn't fix it. Thankfully, Nathan completely fixed my computer and it is running amazing! 5 Stars!”
