Ms. Ruth was extremely rude, very demeaning, before we even got into anything she was rude, very condescending to stuff that isn’t common knowledge , ridiculed me and my wife, told me “You just wasted an hour of time” and then followed up with “Oh i'm sorry i’m not supposed to argue with my clients.” And then did it again. Argued with me on 3 different things that were unrelated to the topic at hand and didn’t help me and if anything she wasted my time. Super aggressive to clients for no reason. I do not think she should have a job at H&R. Not “professional”. Will not be returning.

The front desk lady was very nice but I highly suggest going to anyone other than Ruth. She was EXTREMELY rude to me and my husband when we were asking questions and basically told us we were wasting her time. We left without answers and will not be going back

While the tax preparation fees are very pricey, I've had great customer service with Donald and other agents at H&R Block on Eisenhower Dr in Savannah.
