So my husband was just at the Beaufort store. He stopped an employee that was passing by to ask about a bracket to hang a ladder and kayaks. He also wanted to purchase a toolbox that was listed as a clearance item. The employee he stopped didn't offer any assistance but instead called for someone else (who never showed). This employee then made the comment that he didn't have time for this he was just trying to get back to his desk.

I have been on hold trying to talk to customer service for 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting... And they hung up on me saying that someone through out my email address. This was the third time I have had to call them today each time lied to by the person who finally answered the phone. First said that she would email me the second said she would call me right back. After that third call I tried again as soon as I was hung up on. I was immediately put on hold and after about 15 minutes I had the pleasure of talking to Brandon who managed to hang up on and send me to a customer satisfaction survey... Bold choice Brandon. I called back again and had the pleasure of talking to Phillip who immediately put me back on hold for another 20 minutes. Then Mia (sp?) was there when the hold music ended. All she could tell me is that she has what I need but the person that has to complete the process left an hour ago... You know during the time that I was on hold. I would not recommend going to this Lowes if there is even a chance you need to interact with their customer service team. If you added the brain cells that group operates on together you might get enough to compete with a fruit fly.

Waited over 45 minutes to pick up my order then had to go inside. I walk either with a walker or cane and very disappointed

Took forever to track down an associate to help me with a product. When I finally found someone he was friendly but not very knowledgeable. While waiting for him to look something up I could over hear a woman loudly complaining and gossiping about other employees. I believe she was the store manager but I didn't catch her full name just an S. Self checkout had registers closed. The ONLY positive things I can say is that the regular associates are friendly, store was clean and the guy cleaning the women's bathroom was very polite.

Currently have been waiting 25 minutes for a sales associate to so up. Had 3 people call for someone and nothing. First time having this experience here, but this is bad. I'm just looking for a screen door. Ended up finding it myself and leaving.

I needed a door lock set (knob and deadbolt). I wanted them keyed like my other locks. I met a young man with a very promising future. Travis exhibited professional, technical, and strong Customer Service skills. I checked out/exited and hoped to see a manager to compliment him, but didn't see one. (Remember the good 'ole days when managers were available and interacted with customers?).We need more people like Travis. Lowe's needs more associates like Travis. Travis will manage his own Lowe's, or whatever he wishes in the future!

This past week an installer finally came to install our dishwasher. The washer was not secured to the underside of the counter and the rubber seal fell out along the left side of the washer and cabinet frame.Never again will we do business with these deadbeats.We have had nothing but problems with Beaufort Lowes .Buyers beware.
