Put a hold on my check I needed day of, didn't TELL me there would be a 2 business day hold before taking my check, or I would have gone elsewhere. Before a weekend. So I'm taking days off work and rearranging appointments, because of the hold on my money. Notice beforehand would have been nice.

Friendly staff and clean facilities. They do get quite busy so be patient. Avoid military paydays and it's usually not a long wait for any of the services provided at this branch!

I seldom go to a branch. I wish they would open a branch another branch not near the military area. However I do a lot of ebanking through their mobile app. I have been happy with the app. It takes a while to get through phone system but overall a great institution.

Terrible mortgage loan procedures. Waited six weeks and they told me mortgage loan should be handled by another officer that handles that type of loan. Then waisted another month with that officer. Cookie cutter policies. Local bank found way to make loan work NFCU should have. Employees with an attitude. Need to stop spending money on TV commercials. Spend money on knowledgeable employees and better procedures.
