Lacks basic knowledge of their trade in order to give correct information to the customer. The mechanic was so lazy that he didn’t even come tell me in person that was won’t work on my vehicle after assuring the customer service agent he gave her the correct information. I would recommend Mavis over these clowns ?.

I have been coming to NTB for years now. Even when their name was Tire kingdom. I've seen this company struggle and thrive, but what always remains the same is the high quality customer service that I continue to receive. Especially when they're experiencing high volume of service. All I have to say is Thank you and please keep on doing what you all do best and that's provide high quality service.

When we called to confirm our appointment they told us they could get us in earlier, we went in and they took care of us quickly and politely. The alignment hasn’t been this good since we bought the car. Would have my car serviced here again.

This was undoubtedly one of the best retail experiences I've had. Carrie and the team at this location are phenomenal! The customer service and genuine care for our vehicle and our experience at this location was a pleasure to see! You can get tires anywhere, but this is where you go if you want people who care!
