the meat manager Justin is the most unprofessional person in this building . while conversations with him may have been few it was still enough to let me see the type of man he is and what he represents on behalf of bree mooney the store manager ... on one occasion he stated directly to me " he made it so uncomfortable for a previous employee in hopes that he would quit but the man was relentless and just wouldn't " . what's unfortunate is the fact that many of us are not relentless we have families and bills so we're determined to endure harsh situations to make ends meet . it saddens me because my own fiancé was also pushed to leave because of this harsh treatment with promises of promotion and a full time position and nothing was done . this is a reflection of discrimination; looking at this from my own point of few i too work in management and would never take things to this measure . i believe in being straight forward and maintaining good wholesome friendships with my employees.

Don't get me wrong I live publix. They have great selections on fruits and veggies. But on the 14th of January I came in like every weekend to get me a salad from the deli. The young lady was more worried about her phone than me. It also seemed like it was a bother for her to go get blue cheese for my salad. At the end of it it cost me $6.69 for a somewhat attitude.

Nice store but wish it were a bigger one. Small fish department. I do love their custom build subs though!

Sub line was CRAZY BUSY during Christmas week. Compared to otjer Publix's, the store has no "flow". Apparently, it's a new store and though they have nice veg, meat, deli, etc., I found myself walking in circles looking for things. The staff was busy, but helpful.I just wish the layout was more uniform to most other stores.

Always enjoy going to a Publix while delivering the snowbird cars to Florida. Know the stores well and get to know staff when I do repeat visits to the grocery stores. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable in all areas! Always highly recommended! The last stop I picked up roses for my friend who is buried at the National Cemetery in Beaufort. Thanks Publix!

Wonderful shopping experience. It's a new store so its very clean and well staffed. Prices are high as the can be without driving people away. But it is capitalism right.Good job guys

A beautiful store, well staffed with friendly southern hospitality and just about every convenience you could want in a supermarket. Love this location. Eat lunch here often. Shop here also.

Very good location for this grocery store. I just wished people making subs would clean machine more often and wash their hands as well. Sometimes sub taste kind of fishy. I think it's cause of different kinds if Meats being cut.

This is the worst Publix to come too if you want fried chicken. They never have any available, let alone enough. You ask them to hold one of the bags for you if it comes out before you get back to the deli when done shopping, and they don’t do it, every Publix I’ve been to will do that. So disappointing. Plan on something else for dinner. This will mess up your entire evening.

Very clean and helpful employees. I was very surprised at all that Publix Super Market had to offer. Wish we had one in New Castle Delaware

I love the publix shopping experience, it's on par with Harris Teeter. The problem is, I started eating their subs and they are delicious. After that, I tried the hot food bar and that was also very good. After they got me hooked on the food, I started the notice that the customer service at this location specifically is absolutely horrible. It routinely takes up to 25 minutes just to get a sub sandwich with a line of only 5-7 people. Tonight, I stood at the hot bar for nearly 10 minutes before an employee finally came out from the back of house to work the hot bar. After that, a customer spilled something all over the floor, so the employee had to leave again to clean up the mess. It took 20 minutes just to get some pre-made chicken wings. The employees are also non-verbal. Don't expect any courtesy, greeting or just acknowledgment of your existence in general. These employees are more like zombies than people. So thanks a lot publix, you reeled me in with your delicious subs at reasonable prices, but I have to go through hell to get it. Hire some more workers. Pay them a livable wage and maybe you can get a decent worker with passable customer service skills. Figure this crap out.

Was a decent experience until Bethany, the pharmacist started working there who can’t seem to count days or distribute medication correctly. Even though she was wrong, she insisted on holding my prescription hostage because she wanted to prove a point! I want her FIRED!

I am a avid fan of Publix, it is one of the expensive grocery store but when it comes to staff you have to hand it to them they certainly know how to teach them customer service. They are by far way a head of their competitors, just keeping checking for those BOGO's

The lady working the sub station needs to be a lot friendly. She doesn't acknowledge you when you're waiting. She needs to say I'll be with you shortly at least. I ended up buying the pre made sandwiches. abs they were delicious Everyone else was nice especially the ladies In the Pharmacy.

Been here over 10 times to get lunch meat, not a single one of those times has my order been prepared in a remotely timely fashion. Also the employees working the sandwich line are extremely rude, and take 20 minutes to make a single sub.
