Excited to find a pair of cute sandals on vacation. Marked $19.99 down from $24.99 with a sticker saying 50% off lowest marked price. They rang $19.99 and she refused to didn't think anything needed to be changed. No discount she said. Left without the shoes. Very dissapointed!

The district manager is rude to her employees, and has an attitude towards her customers. She left a ladder in the middle of the walkway, which can be dangerous to both employees and customers. She needs to be tought how to do her job properly, and how to treat employees. I overheard her yelling at employees, and telling them they don't know how to do their job, when they are the ones keeping it running. I suggest getting a new DM!!!!!!!!! The other employees currently working are great, except the regular manager who calls other people who are not working to figure out what to do. I believe the person she calls is Angelina (I could be wrong, but she seems to be the only one that knows what she is doing)
