Don't waste your time here, I tried to buy a phone here and they said they would order it to be shipped to me since it wasn't in stock, I never got the verification email they said they would send and never was sent or charged for the phone or plan. Had to go to the t Mobile store on sea island Pkwy and they had to spend some time fixing what this store had messed up.

After asking about a promotion and taking the “deal” turns out the employee didn’t know what they were talking about. They said my bill would only go up $10-$15. It went up $30. After speaking to T-Mobile customer service billing dept, they said the person was probably looking at a different rate plan than the promotion required. I then called the store to inform them of this so they didn’t do the same thing to other customers and Jonathan’s response was “ok”. No apology, nothing. Awful customer service and we will make sure to not go there again.UPDATE: I emailed the person who responded and no response days later. If I get a response I’ll update.update 2: no response email. The response on the review seems like it was to save face.

The guys are very nice but If they tell you, you get a free line, don't do it! After 5 visits and 1 refund later, im still paying $15 a month for this "free line." I think they need a team building exercise with rope swings and trust falls. Everytime I talk to someone I get the same excuse, "well no one gave me the message." So here I am waiting with my crazy children because the manager said to come back today to get my refund. Unfortunately he forgot to give the message to his employees. If anyone knows how I can fix this let me know.

Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any business ever! Bryce is apparently running things there and he refused to follow the directives of TMOBILE When corporate asked me to put him on the phone so tue could speak to him directly, he refused to take their call. Corporate assured me that the store and Bryce specifically would be receiving a complaint filed by corporate. I have worked in service management for 35 years. I have never seems anything like it.Went to the store on Cats Island and they were professional and a pleasure to deal with. My recommendation is to avoid this store at all costs.

Possibly the laziest people working in this store I have ever seen. I drove 30 minutes for someone to lean on a counter and tell me they don’t have ANY phones and then give me “base pricing” for what he guesses I’ll have to pay for a new phone. He did not even attempt to look up my account nor did he want to. He had no idea what my pricing would be for a new phone based on my account and how long I’ve been a customer. I already called in a complaint to corporate but figured customers may like to know they will not get help at this store so don’t make the drive. For reference, Cordell is who was “helping” us.

Very poor Customer service. Took me three trips to complete everything because I was not given enough information. The employees couldn't have cared less. Will use the Bluffton store to avoid this hot mess.

I experienced wonderful customer service as soon as I walked in the door. Knowledgeable about the difference products and service. Needed data transferred to my new phone and everything done in a timely fashion. I recommend this location to everyone.

This has to be by far the worst experience of customer Service I ever had. Shemmah was suppose to credit my husbands account 2 weeks ago I called the store to speak to her a female answer and said she wasn’t there but I can clearly hear her saying tell them I’m not here call back tomorrow she by far one of the most slackest person I know of thank you to customer support for helping my husband and I never going back to this store again

Horrible customer service in Beaufort SC location. Saturday May 1st 520 pm. According to employee (black girl,)..no deals for current customers. I went to car called Bluffton store...yes there are deals for current customers.I have lived here in Beaufort for 11 years..this store does not get any better...It SUCKS!!!Does anyone care! ?Lazy Kids working store!
