I have been with this company since they were SUNCOM! They are getting more staff which is great, they are always very knowledgeable with every product and plan they have, they are always willing to work with you to make sure you understand exactly what you are getting, but the best part about them is each member of the Lady's Island Tmobile team they are so patient and understanding!! They are amazing at their job no matter how many times I go in there for the dumbest reasons!

A real Can't do attitude. Every other word out of their mouth was can't. And if you are unhappy you can leave T-mobile. Returned a hotspot box, refused to look in the box and did not help in the return process. Called Customer Service, said return takes up to 3 months! Ridiculous. Requiring full payment for machine or no service. $300 Talk about being held hostage. Retiree with fixed SSI income, what a bunch of gangsters!

Jayde middleton and ingris-feliz-agramonte were so helpful! they were an awesome team that helped me with my phone issues and were more than welcoming to help me with my phone!

Horrible, awful, ridiculously idiotic customer service. The manager literally walked away from me and left me standing there with zero resolution. T-mobile customer service call center is awful as well.

Kristy/ Christy (not sure how it was spelled) was amazing. Very, very helpful. Answered all of my questions, helped me with all of my issues, and even provided help with issues I didn't even know about. In spite of my problems not being fixed yet, I'm still glad I came. I will come back just for her.

Nobody stood up at the store to help me and I was the only customer. Told them I wasn't getting service on my phone... they told me I needed bluetooth on for my cell phone service to work...uneducated a bit? Once connected to the stores booster, they said my phone was fixed...drove away and haven't had service since. Step it up t-mobile

I had a really good experience at T-Mobile. The person who helped me was patient, and setup my home internet in about 10 minutes. Very satisfied with my interaction.

I went there with my brother-In-law so he could switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and was thinking about switching also but they were very busy and only had 1 person working So I wasn't able to. The only thing I didn't like is that there was only 1 person! Other than that I thought it was a nice store.
