Idk what's up with the people who works here but someone is holding my mail. I went in multiple times and had a conversation with them nothing has happened. It's literally been two years. They will put a report in and nothing happens. I'm calling them now they don't even answer the phone... Definitely bad for business

If I could give it no stars I would that’s how pissed off I am. My mom sent me a package 1 week ago and I have yet to receive it. I tried calling 20 times to see where it is however they never answered the phone. Shows how much you care for your customers when you don’t. What makes me mad is that your job is not that hard yet your to lazy to even pick up the freaking phone. If you don’t care quit and stay home because your a waste of space taking up the opportunity who wants to work. Horrible service extremely bad with communication and need a factory reset with personnel.

This post office has plenty of parking and a convenient location and in a strip mall. The service section is not as roomy as the post office box access. Mist times there will be line. The counter service employees are efficient — not always the friendliest. Working with the public daily can do that to people. (Since Frankie retired — it’s just not the same. He always had a smile and warm greeting for everyone that came through his line.) It pretty much unchanged inside — other than postage rates — its a timeless facility.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Dylan Allen, and I can’t say enough good things about him! He went above and beyond to assist me in finding my package, handling everything with patience, professionalism, and a genuinely helpful attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about providing great service, but Dylan does exactly that.
Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he also made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant. His dedication to helping customers is truly commendable, and he deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does. If every company had someone like Dylan on their team, customer service would be on a whole new level!

Wanted to ship a small package but the lady said I have to buy my own box elsewhere even though they have boxes there for free.
I had to drive to a different post office instead and they took it just fine. Seems like the person I encountered there just didn't want to work and had a bad attitude.
I recommend not wasting your time at this location.

I think it's pretty sad that when you going to post office I only have one person working plus they never have supposedly they're all out so I suggest Majorly they need to get more people more decent people at that

I work at Eventide apartments in Port Royal and wanted to thank Sierra (not sure on spelling) who is SO reliable and great at her job. As an apartment community with multiple addresses and mailboxes, we experience our share of mix ups but she NEVER misses and always corrects mistakes made by other delivery drivers ( we are not on a "normal" route" so we have different drivers) so I wanted to shout her out for being so great!
