I work at Eventide apartments in Port Royal and wanted to thank Sierra (not sure on spelling) who is SO reliable and great at her job. As an apartment community with multiple addresses and mailboxes, we experience our share of mix ups but she NEVER misses and always corrects mistakes made by other delivery drivers ( we are not on a "normal" route" so we have different drivers) so I wanted to shout her out for being so great!

By FAR the worst usps experience. Attempted to dropped off a package for return. The return stated if you cannot print the label, bring the email to USPS which I did because I don't have a printer at home.Brought it there to the lady worked working and she told me she wouldn't help me print it and go print it out at maybe Staples. She had the absolute worst attitude and no sense for helping customers. Anyway I went to Staples and printed out a label for a fee, of course. This could have simply been done at USPS.Came back and had she still had the most unpleasant attitude for all customers there. Everyone was confused why she acted that way and were all kind of looking at each other.

I have had issues not receiving my mail over the last 3 month's to Broad River Landing. I went & spoke w customer service at the post office & just wanted to say they were Super Nice & tried to be helpful. Businesses have suffered since covid ? Thanks for trying harder & I have starred getting a few things in☺

My question for this post office and every USPS, do you cancel stamps? I have a stamp on a document that I wanted canceled and got it canceled last week but this week it was a no! I honestly don’t think they know what they’re talking about!! Please help me out USPS!! Do you cancel stamps or not?

The service leaves a lot to be desired.Here's the story. New address. The mail carrier delivered several pieces of mail to the address with my name on it. When packages started coming they were returned as undeliverable because the recipient was "unknown." I was known enough to deliver my paper mail, but unknown when it was time to lift a box and carry it to the front door.Now, I will assume that the mail carrier is thinking about the previous owners process change of address form. However, they have already processed and delivered several pieces of mail with my name on it. So this tells me that the mail carrier is inattentive and is not paying attention to the the actual mail being delivered to the address.I had to reorder one package and I am currently still trying to track another. Make a phone call if you want. Good luck with that. Maybe I should have navigated the voice prompt menu better, but it just screams lack of staff and inadequate systems. I used to be a big fan of USPS. They are making it difficult for me to maintain my loyalty.

This office has provided the worst mail service I've ever had. They have given me everything from not delivering my mail for up to 2 weeks and having to go to the office and pick it up with no explanation to me having checks not making it to my box. The only response the post master will give, is he will check into it. Horrible customer service from Jason

Package was sent on august 27. Today the package gets returned to me even though recipient has been contacting post office for it. Are these people incompetent or lazy?

Couriers constantly forward mail when they are not suppose to. Mail has been forwarded 3 times already even though I live at the address and they won’t even hold it at the post office for you to pick up.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. No costumer service. They have no clue of what’s going on.Was notified that my mail was there to just find out that it was not and even returned an item back which was not there for that even 24 hours. Rude.

I've had multiple packages delivered over the past year and never had issues until today! I've been waiting for a month for this package and then yall day you can't find address? Nope, this is laziness at its best! Oh try to contact someone and your website just send me in circles
