If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I purchased a package for my niece in Chicago to send to her when I got back. I arrived at the post office excited to send my niece this present, but was met with an extremely rude woman at the counter. Her attitude was unlike anything I’ve ever been met with before especially in a customer service setting. I have worked in customer service my entire life, and I have never experienced this level of attitude, rudeness, disrespect, and anger, for absolutely no reason. I quite frankly just asked her if she had a sharpie that I could use and that turned her whole day upside down. From that point, my package was already behind the counter and she was screaming at me and pushed me off to another employee because she couldn’t handle me anymore for some reason. All this time I’m quite literally just standing there shocked and curious as to what I did to turn this ladies day upside down. From that point, the second woman helped me, she was very kind, but I had a fear at that point because my gift was already behind the counter that it would not arrive to its destination. I immediately called and put a complaint in with the USPS, they assured me they would do something, but I absolutely can assure you they have done nothing. My package did not go to his destination as I feared, and has now been over a month. I was assured by the customer service representative that all packages leave the destination, and I told her that I was certain that my package would not get to its location because of the employees reaction that day was very poor. I have expressed to them that my package has not been delivered, and they are asking for a tracking number, even though I did not pay for tracking because that was something that I was not afraid of being that it was a small package however, this package meant a great deal and it is very upsetting that I did not get to its location. I will never return to this post office and I will tell everybody that I speak to you to never go to this post office. I have never been so disappointed in customer service in my entire life. Negative 10000 stars

My son is at Parris Island USMC boot camp..I sent him a package and it got lost in the mail. The postal worker called me to let me know that she personally delivered my package to my son po box herself!!! ❤️ The effort she puts into her job is outstanding and she deserves a raise!!!

Manager was rude and unhelpful. If you need help from a USPS go to the Hollywood one. They were amazing, polite and quick service. DO NOT GO TO THIS USPS THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!

Wow, came in at lunchtime to just drop off a package and no one at the counter. One person working the service for a passport only! Get like Walmart to have everyone self check out. Get a big drop box since we have label them ourselves now.

I am extremely frustrated with USPS. I’ve been waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive days ago, and it still hasn’t shown up. Tracking says it’s been “in transit” for days, with no updates. I’ve called customer service, but they’re no help and just keep giving me the same generic responses. I paid for shipping overnight shipping and now I have no idea where my package is. Terrible service, absolutely unreliable. Will be reconsidering using USPS in the future.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating encounter with an elderly lady who was in charge of passports at the local USPS office. The experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others.First and foremost, her demeanor was far from pleasant. She displayed a complete lack of professionalism and was unnecessarily rude. Instead of providing assistance and guidance, she chose to yell at us, which was both uncalled for and unacceptable. Her abrasive attitude created an unpleasant environment and added unnecessary stress to an already daunting process. Moreover, what made matters worse was her questionable implementation of supposed "rules." She imposed arbitrary requirements that seemed to be made up on the spot. These so-called rules turned out to be nothing more than deceptive excuses to avoid submitting our passports. It was evident that she was not interested in helping us, but rather in creating obstacles and hindering the process.I strongly urge the USPS management to address this issue promptly. It is essential to ensure that individuals in customer-facing roles possess the necessary skills, demeanor, and commitment to providing quality service. No one should have to endure the disrespectful treatment that I encountered during my visit. In conclusion, my experience with the elderly lady in charge of passports at the USPS office was far from satisfactory. Her unprofessional behavior, rude demeanor, and deceptive practices created an extremely negative and disheartening experience. I sincerely hope that others will be spared from such a distressing encounter in the future

They don't actually deliver packages to Habersham. Ridiculous that boxes aren't even left in the mail area of Habersham where there are lockers for packages! This is terrible and lazy. Ruined our Christmas by just leaving the box in the main post office and due to the holiday, my family couldn't get their gifts. The post office is supposed to deliver the mail, not just hold on to it.
