Verizon Home Internet no longer works in Beaufort County. After 2 years of excellent performance the service is now around 0-10mbs. For 4 months I have had about 45 total hours of calls with Verizon. I have had three modems. No improvement. They promise fixes that never occur. They promise credits we never receive. I get comments like: - a landowner must have disassembled a cell tower - can we put a cell tower in your yard - yea, my dad's quit and I can't find out the reason and I work for the company Try T-Mobile Home Internet. We live rural and this has been our only good service, we are at a crossroads.

Really wish I could give Verizon service out here 0 stars. I almost never have service to load anything & we pay over $200 a month for this trash. 10/10 Don’t recommend.

Mercedes understood my situation and went above and beyond to help me with updating my account and also provided great detail information on how to repair my phones. She was a breath of fresh air and relieve me of all my stress and I will recommend her to anybody for that office to see her. Words can't describe how I felt leaving the office. She is one of the best people that I genuinely had the pleasure to have dealt with in a long time.

Came into the Verizon store in Beaufort to pay my bill and Sean greeted me. He helped me with my bill and got me set up with autopay to save some money and even changed my screen protector. Thank you!

Mercedes resolved my Verizon issue/concern in amazing "customer-friendly" terms. What I ATTEMPTED to do online was accomplished in moments in her presence and I so appreciate her patience as she walked me through my problem. I have been a long- time customer of Verizon and value customer service such as I received yesterday, March 15, 2023 in my community Verizon store!!!

Came into Verizon for a small cellular problem and was greeted by Steven and Miller. It was 30 minutes before closing and they were extremely helpful and patient. Never once did I feel rushed to exit the store. Not only did they solve my problem they helped me set up my mobile Verizon account and helped me save even more on my bill. The experience here is like no other!

Sean was terrific. Clear, concise, and to the point. He was able to change my Apple ID password, along with other passwords and get my auto pay set up to save myself some money each month. Would definitely recommend him and the store for any help!

I was having issues with deleting voicemails on my phone and had a few other questions. I came into the Verizon store in Beaufort and was greeted by Sean. He was able to write out instructions on how to delete these and answer a few other questions I had. He also opened up my accounts and was able to save me a few dollars per month. I would recommend this store and Sean to anyone looking for good assistance.

Ask for Sean!—-After six good years, I recently had to upgrade my fossilized iPhone 6s with a new iPhone 14 and had postponed it for many months due to worries over potential complications related to transferring all the files and apps.—-When I finally made the decision to do it, I went to this Verizon store (I have always been pleased with my Verizon service!) in Beaufort, SC, and met a service representative named Sean. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - and transferred almost 100gb from the old 6 to the new 14 is about 25 minutes!—-Bonus: Everything transferred and everything works perfectly - including all my music and photos!—-We then analyzed my account and upgraded that too! I am very, very pleased with this store and Sean’s help! Go Sean! Go Verizon!Five stars!?⭐️
