“Dr. Smith and his staff are the most wonderful patient humans ever! Dr. Andy Smith and i have to say also Dr. Robert Smith will sit down with you explain everything as if you are the only patient they have for that day, theres no rushing you out of the office! I have a kitty that has kidney disease and it has been a tough road trying to keep his numbers level so I can keep my baby around as long as I can. I am probably at the vet everyday panicking. The WHOLE staff has been amazing. Cant tell you how wonderful everyone is and takes amazing care of my boy! They probably want to run when they see me coming. Their bed side manner is what brings me back, cant ask for a better team, caring, patient and always on top of their game! Thank you all so much!”

“Hey everyone so this is Meka❤! She is me and my husbands beautifully amazing Australian shepherd. She is 10 years old and 70 lbs of love! She was battling an infection for a while on her front left paw. Sadly we had to amputate her front left leg. Our experience PI Vet was incredible. The staff and Veterinarian's were so respectful, kind and understanding! I can tell Meka touched their hearts. They did everything possible to take care of my dog and let us know everything we needed to know! They gave us so many options and we appreciate all they did to help solve why the infection occured and what type of infection it was. The prices are the lowest I've ever received, we saved tons of money going there. I'd like to thank all the Parris Island Veterinarian's who helped us during this Rollercoaster of a ride and for caring for our baby, we cant thank you enough! This vet clinic is a godsend.?”

“Dog had a sore on her back and told my daughter the wrong day and they squeezed us in yesterday. So glad they did as our dog is on an antibiotic for the sore and has allergies and they took care of that too. We love Sea Island”
