I absolutely love going to my local Walmart. It is very convenient and the prices are worth me making a trip to shop. Many times I will order online or do a pickup, but either way the service is awesome and shipping when ordering doesn't take long at all. My only problem is I enjoy checking myself out I once was a cashier so I like ringing my own grocery up and bagging them. Now they have 15 items or less and my problem is they don't have enough cashier's and the cashier's they do have are not to friendly, rings your items very slow and bags your grocery without knowing how to bag properly so that certain items doesn't get mixed with certain items which reduces the amount of bags used. In all I will not stop shopping at Walmart but if I have to I would just start getting 15 items only or just order for pickup or online.

There is a reason the whole of Beaufort county has a certain nickname for this Walmart. Today, an employee hit my mother (ran her ankle over) with a shopping cart. She’s standing there about to get a cart, and they shoved some carts inside the door right at her. This is shortly after an employee at the *other* Beaufort Walmart knocked over an entire metal stocking cart onto her. Just a whole cart of meat that was going to get put out. Tipped it over on her, cart, meat and all, knocked her right over. Why does Walmart insist on terrorizing my dear, sweet, mother? What is happening? Why is it happening? Surely she has done nothing to deserve the wrath of these Walmart employees and thier rogue carts. I don’t know what’s happening in there, but if you shop at this Walmart, watch out for their carts. Lord have mercy.

Store is consistently out of stock on items that are shown as in stock at this location online. If I place an online order for pickup, it's ready, so the merchandise must be in the back instead of on the floor. Employees act as if customers are in the way. Self checkout with belts is now unavailable and out of the two checkout lanes that were available, the lines were incredibly long and the cashier was rude and couldn't have moved any slower. Store only seems to decline over time and it wasn't that impressive to begin with.

After "herding" us towards the self checkouts for the last 2-3 years, they have suddenly (as of July 8th) put up signs on all the self checkouts stating "15 items or less". Despite this, there was only ONE register open, with an extremely long line. What a crock! Will be looking elsewhere for my shopping.

Starting to believe the store has zero mangement skills. Never cashiers, self check sections consistently lengthy waits but okay, the two self checks outs with belts for those mass shopping trips now no longer exsist, I'm sorry but an entire cart full I'm not going to check out myself at the self check out when I asked the lady what happened to the two with the belts she said closed them permanently due to theft no staff to supervise. What's the difference still no staff supervision in self check out mass section. Zero common sense I'll take my shopping to other retailers as I did today over $200 or more in the buggy and walked away.

Good service. But there are some people that will park the "pick up" parking lot and only go in and shop. They don't care. They don't read the signs. Some customers need a spot to pick up their groceries. I needed a spot to park to pick up my huge TV. The Hispanic girl was super nice and understanding. She is one who delivered my tv. She such a great help. I wish I knew her name to mention her here. Took home the tv home safely. ??
