Initially it was at a car dealership for repairs but they were so difficult to work with so I had my car towed to Kendrick Paint and Body and received all the mechanical and paint/body work completed. Mr. Kirk was so professional and always kept me up-to-date on the status of my car even if parts were late or a worker was out. “This has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. As soon as I stepped on the lot I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming attitude. They showed me a bunch of cars in my budget and let me test drive them. The car buying process was easy as pie. Chad handled everything. Amazing and professional. Made sure they had it ready for me to pick up and gave the car an oil change during the paperwork and told me if I had any issues whatsoever to give him a call and he would get it handled. “I FORGOT to do this the first time I used them, but I won't make that mistake again.Y'all, there are NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY about these folks. Don't get me started on the way you folks drive in the CSRA, but I PCS'd here in 2015, retired in '18, and I've been rear-ended FOUR TIMES. I previously had Riverfront repair my '94 Ford Explorer Sport when I got slammed into, and they were able to repair it flawlessly (despite the lack of parts left in the world), and they did me a solid and painted an adjacent area I had been meaning to get around to...and never did. =) My 30-year-old mini SUV looked showroom ready, and I couldn't contain my enthusiasm! The other times I was rear-ended, I went elsewhere simply because of the whole preferred repair facility treatment certain shops get, and it made dealing with insurance a lot easier. This time, I got rear-ended--AGAIN--in our family car, a '15 Kia Sorento, by a kid whose parents had USAA. I am a reformed USAA customer, and God help me, I'll never look back. Kendrick Paint & Body, another CSRA collision center is the preferred facility for USAA, and when I took my car to them, they said they couldn't even think about touching it until August. I was hit on April 30. You can imagine my surprise, and I couldn't even pretend like that was going to happen as the back door was all but inoperable, and the bumper was smashed in. I called Riverfront FROM THE PARKING LOT, and asked Ms. Wanda what kind of turn-around I was looking at. She responded by asking me when I wanted to have it done. Talk about service! Not only did Mr. Denny, Ms. Wanda, and the rest of the team deliver in TOP FASHION, they stayed late on a Friday to help me deal with USAA, who had already tried to cancel my rental (while it was still being worked on) because I didn't want to use Kendrick, and tried to give me the run around to say the least. For reference, the adjuster on the phone admitted they had ALREADY PAID KENDRICK despite them not having my car OR an invoice for that matter! Yeah, USAA leaves more than a little to be desired. Now, Riverfront Collision Center is MY PREFERRED REPAIR FACILITY, and if you go anywhere else, may the odds be ever in your favor.Services: Painting”

“Our Ford Explorer was damaged on 11-6-2023 after a collision with a deer. All repair shops in our network told us it would be Jan 2024 before they could start any repair work. I happened to stop by Classic Collision to speak with staff the next day after our accident. I informed of our issue and instantly, the manager, Wes told me to get our explorer to him and he would start on it asap. We took our vehicle to Classic Collision that evening. Within a week they had begun repairs.Chris, the parts coordinator was lead on getting parts for our repair. Chris was diligent and forthcoming with information and did his best to get Ford Factory parts back on our vehicle versus aftermarket cheap product. Chris was transparent, professional, and understanding of our time, even after a few minor hiccups. After the few minor hiccups, Chris and Wes made those issues right through the process of our deductible. Chris and his team had our vehicle back to us by middle of Jan 2024. Chris reassured, if any issues presented itself from the repair, to contact him immediately and he would make it right. Just a week later, one of the headlights stopped working. Chris had been transparent with us on this particular replacement part prior to us receiving our vehicle back, in which he advised the headlight was an after-market part. Chris told us if it caused any issues, he would replace it with a Ford Factory headlight. Fast-forward, I contacted Chris about the headlight issue and two other small issues. Chris scheduled us in immediately, replaced the after-market headlight with a Ford Factory headlight and repaired the other two minor issues. Chris stood by his word and catered to our needs even after insurance considered our repair complete. It's hard to trust people in this line of work nowadays, especially when it's a corporate business but people like Chris still exist and we are thankful Chris was the overseer for the repairs on our vehicle and showed integrity and accountability throughout the entire process.”
