I've called 4 times in the past week for the pharmacy and no one answers the phone. Y'all just let it ring? Do your job and answer it.

Stopped in @ Pharmacy this morning to check on receipt of Federally distributed N-95 mask. The lady @ drop off window indicated they had been advised they were to receive them but just not yet arrived. Not the answer I was hoping for, However, she was extremely polite, courteous, competent in relaying that answer. Similar to experience when I have gone there to get most recent COVID Booster. I will revisit this CVS Pharmacy again in near future.

Disappointed that them being pharmacy however carry toys, as seen on tv etc the don't carry products or items that are commonly used and needed by cancer patients that always have visit

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I don't know how they continue to function. They have never gotten a single prescription order filled without issues. It's a talent, really. I don't know how you can continue to screw it up unless you're actively trying.

Most horrible customer service . Never answer the phones. Barely acknowledge you when you walk in.

I switched from Walmart to CVS and boy was I disappointed. I thought "surely I can do better than Walmart". Wow, they're supposed to be open from 8am to 9pm but the phones were off until around 8:30am. I needed to simply get blood pressure medication. I have a job too and can't sit by a phone waiting for CVS to decide when to activate their phone.
