“Your staff member , Faith, was very gracious, informative and accommodating as she showed me the unit and explained rules/regulations and needed information to apply for the unit. The apartment has been painted and cleaned well with new carpet in bedroom. I don't know if the fridge or stove works well but I feel confident that if they don't, they will be repaired or replaced. It was a well-organized tour.
Tim, the maintenance guy was quick, efficient, and took care of the issue with my refrigerator. He was well-mannered and helpful. I give him 5 stars.”

“Staff here is amazing. Apartments are located nicely for the commerce of the area. Landscaping and pest control are top notch. Very pet friendly. Would recommend to a friend. Maintenance for any issues is handled very fast. Maintenance staff is very non intrusive and quick, all my issues have been resolved extremely quickly. My favorite part, I have a wood burning fire place on my second floor apartment!”
