“I've worked with Nancy Palmatier at H&R Block the last couple years on my taxes and she's been great. Super friendly and knowledgeable, and quick to respond and file. The whole process has been smooth and easy through the H&R Block Portal, and the returns have been way larger than when I used to try and file everything myself using the self-serve options. In fact, I used to always have to pay up come tax time, but the past couple years I've gotten money back. It's well worth the cost of service in my opinion, and I wish I'd have done it sooner! Highly recommend.”
