“It may be the Dollartwentyfive Tree now but it’s still the cheapest place to buy basic necessities in downtown Augusta’s food desert. Wish they had a few fresh fruits and veggies. Even apples and a couple of things like tomatoes would do.”

Ms. Paula is the greatest. I love seeing her every time I go into the store. She always Greets me, if she is not busy checking out another customer & always make sure to ask "How am I?" and "Did I find everything I needed?" She is what we need in customer service.
Overall this entire team is professional and courteous to their customers. There are no long lines & it's an in and out experience for those looking to save time. You will find what you need and be out the store in under half the time you do in most stores.

“Staff is always kind and courteous, usually has what I want, but still Starbucks coffee cooler is normally empty nowadays, they say it's their supplier. They have a clearance table near the door and a nice selection of snacks, soft drinks, and you can always find water there. Overall, good store to a star of due to the Starbucks cooler. This place is always clean, but on delivery day it will be cluttered.”

“My first visit in a long time to a dollar general, and it was incredible the amount of goods available. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, and although they were out of the item I needed, he did tell me that they would be restocking shortly. It's not on him, but my only gripe would be that the store was very messy, probably due to patrons placing things back where they didn't belong.”

“I love this store ive been shopping with them since they were at the other store down the street i love that everything is literally cheap like you can get snacks that will last weeks just off of 5 dollars. The also have self checkout a new upgrade because they didnt have it in the old store. dont mean to be a snitch but someone came in with ebt and they gave them cashback”
“This is the cleanest and most organized store in Augusta I have visited. I wish I had taken pictures. There are no boxes in the aisles, the shelves are neat, the book and picture frames are neat. I love shopping here.”
“They have a great selection of budget merchandise. They tend to stay pretty well stocked, clean and organized. I noticed during this last trip that this location has added $3 and $5 items. From what I observed, the $3 and $5 products are in a separate section from the $1-$1.25 items. The store also uses colorful price signs and clearly marked price tags for easy shopping.”

People who live in jackson sc need to shop here because the one in jackson is poorly ran unsafe for people with disabilities and unsafe for the elders to walk through the store. “Staff, esp blonde haired 30ish female, who often seems to be DOING IT ALL, DESERVE RETAINING. I know DG well, this store is quite busy. YES, aisles are full often of new shipments.HIRE SOME STOCK STAFF, MR. PERDUEDG CAN AFFORD TO PAY GOOD EMPLOYEES BETTER. “Great workers if you have a problem. I just wouldn't get my 2nd favorite drink from here. They put Mountain Dew Game Fuel with kickstarters. I don't know exactly who is at fault but a kickstarter didn't fill full (on 2nd top shelf) and rest of the drinks under the shelf it was on was all sticky. And looked like the drink from the kickstarter got stuck on them.”

but one of the managers is very? angry? all the time she has a ??Canadian?? accent. She has banned a lot of people from the store including myself, for wanting to use the ?tap pay?? because she has to put in more effort to help and she always says ?⛔no tap pay and when I asked her to get it fixed she told me to not come back.... Go figure ?”
