“It may be the Dollartwentyfive Tree now but it’s still the cheapest place to buy basic necessities in downtown Augusta’s food desert. Wish they had a few fresh fruits and veggies. Even apples and a couple of things like tomatoes would do.”

“Staff is always kind and courteous, usually has what I want, but still Starbucks coffee cooler is normally empty nowadays, they say it's their supplier. They have a clearance table near the door and a nice selection of snacks, soft drinks, and you can always find water there. Overall, good store to a star of due to the Starbucks cooler. This place is always clean, but on delivery day it will be cluttered.”

“Great Store. Everything is well organized and easy to find. Anything that you can not find the team can surely get you to the item. They keep it stocked and clean. May have a few overstock items but its still well organized.Ms. Paula is the greatest. I love seeing her every time I go into the store. She always Greets me, if she is not busy checking out another customer & always make sure to ask "How am I?" and "Did I find everything I needed?" She is what we need in customer service.Overall this entire team is professional and courteous to their customers. There are no long lines & it's an in and out experience for those looking to save time. “Staff, esp blonde haired 30ish female, who often seems to be DOING IT ALL, DESERVE RETAINING. I know DG well, this store is quite busy. YES, aisles are full often of new shipments.HIRE SOME STOCK STAFF, MR. PERDUEDG CAN AFFORD TO PAY GOOD EMPLOYEES BETTER. CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE. you cannot take care of customers and shelves at the same time.”
“I love this store ive been shopping with them since they were at the other store down the street i love that everything is literally cheap like you can get snacks that will last weeks just off of 5 dollars. The also have self checkout a new upgrade because they didnt have it in the old store. dont mean to be a snitch but someone came in with ebt and they gave them cashback”

“My first visit in a long time to a dollar general, and it was incredible the amount of goods available. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, and although they were out of the item I needed, he did tell me that they would be restocking shortly. It's not on him, but my only gripe would be that the store was very messy, probably due to patrons placing things back where they didn't belong.”

“Simple inexpensive shopping for low dollar products. Does not really carry name brand products, but if your trying to save a buck, you can.Household, kitchen, homeward, etc. Good store to stop in first on your way to stock up shopping.”
“This is the cleanest and most organized store in Augusta I have visited. I wish I had taken pictures. There are no boxes in the aisles, the shelves are neat, the book and picture frames are neat. I love shopping here.”
“Great workers if you have a problem. I just wouldn't get my 2nd favorite drink from here. They put Mountain Dew Game Fuel with kickstarters. I don't know exactly who is at fault but a kickstarter didn't fill full (on 2nd top shelf) and rest of the drinks under the shelf it was on was all sticky. And looked like the drink from the kickstarter got stuck on them.”
“This is a family owned business with limited merchandise, but that way, it gets you in and out. Plus, they have a large selection of African themed attire. Wish I would have come in before Black History Month and Black Panther! Now, I know where to go.”
“This is the Dollar General on Wrightsboro Road towards the medical district downtown. There were 2 very nice young black men that helped me find things in the store & helped me use the locked bathroom. They went above & beyond to help me find prices for the items on the clearance table. They were pleasantly professional!”
“The store is very cluttered and out of a lot of stuff but I the manager there is a very good one. She stands up for her employees and won't put up with no disrespect towards them as I witnessed tonite! I was very proud of her! The management needs to take notice of how she handled this situation.”
“In general the girls working are awesome but the store is a bit disorganized and very often do not have the weekly sales prices indicated on the shelves! Sodas lacking in variety especially without zero sugar or diet versions! Too many products with "probably" slow turnover rate cluttering up valuable shelf space! That being said would rather have Family Dollar around the corner than a normal convenience store! Just wished they had a fresh beverage section with coffee, fountain soda and fresh daily eatery "snacks"! Could be like a SUPER 7/11, CIRCLE K, or RACEWAY just no gas!”

I understand it's not their fault that people will take the cart from the store,also they didn't have cart all in the aisle with merchandise on it. I no some store are short of staff but still make your store worth wanna shop @ your store, I leave my neighborhood Family Dollar to go to another one. Deans Bridge is neat and staff are pleasant.”
