DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP They are fake and sold my boyfriend a $17k car that is completely broken internally! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS When he first bought it there were no issues but a day later he found.. that head gaskets were blown, there was oil in the radiator, the engine was leaking from multiple areas, etc. They also sold him a warranty that allowed him to get it fixed in any Subaru dealership, but this was found out to be a LIE. So, my boyfriend went back to respectfully complain and get it fixed by the dealership to which the owner responded "DON'T WORRY MAN, I'LL FIX IT LIKE IT'S MY OWN SON'S CAR" Of course, this made my boyfriend feel a little bit more secured even though he had so little trust over them. SO, he left it with the dealership to get it fixed. After 3 days, he picked up the car and as he was driving back home with his brand new supposedly "fixed" car, he found out that the engine was leaking again, the issues were all still there and they didn't even do the bare minimum of flushing out the radiator fluid. The only thing they fixed was the radiator cap.. That is just simply disrespectful. "Don't worry I'll fix it like it's my own car.." What in the bs We are not one to post a review like this, but if this is going to save the many others who went through what my boyfriend did, then so be it.

**AVOID AT ALL COST** All of those negative reviews are there for a reason! Was trying to buy one of their car since everything looked good on paper, but learned my lesson the first time so I took it for a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby mechanic. They quoted $3k-$4k repair, but when I brought this concern to Jay, he doesn't even care to listen, but instead just belittles the problem saying it's only a $200 repair LOL. Clearly a clown as a side job. Refuses to even negotiate, offering $100 off when the car has $4K worth of repairs needed!!! Instantly walked away after hearing this guy tries to explain that he doesn't do "preventative repairs". Keep in mind that he instantly repaired the car brakes when I told him because he's legally required by law to do so because it endangers the driver and those around him. Jay definitely fits the stereotype of a sleezy salesman that tries to maximize profit without any concern for his customers. Imagine the profit he'd gain naturally if he cares for his clients and actually work with them on a compromise that's best for both parties. **AVOID AT ALL COST** Or at least take your car for a pre-purchase inspection before signing the papers. It's better to lose $150 than several grand, trust me. This guy don't give a damn about you after those papers are signed cause they already made money regardless of what happens to you.

Buyers BEWARE!!! Always ask for Carfax or bring your own mechanic before getting car from them. Also check all reviews they all telling the truth. Friday I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze I test drive it for good 5-10 minutes and the owner told us everything is good to go even the paperwork is too fast to make ,kinda fishy to me then Saturday I didn't use the car and Sunday I was heading for work and suddenly it says check engine already!! So I wasn't able to go to work because might something happen to me in the middle of freeway. I check their Yelp I saw alot of negative reviews and same thing happen to me! What I did next was head to their shop the owner wasn't there only one guy and explained to him. He told me to come back Monday they will fix it but I said no because that's their modus and I will pay for repair Hell No!! Thank goodness they haven't charge my check called my bank to cancel it. So I just returned their keys and walk out! TIP: Dont pay cash or else goodbye hard earned money. OR just don't go there's lot of auto shop there.

I don't know where to start but I needed a car to drive for Uber instead of renting. Anyway I found this place and saw a 2017 champagne color Elantra. It was nice And kept well. Although it had about 100k miles , this was the car I was looking for to drive around for Uber rides. I came here met with Raj, the owner and sales manager. Took a look at the car , had some warning lights on but it was just the bulb and air on the tires. Car ran good , so we went to work and got me approve in a short period of time. Well it's about 60 days now and I still waiting for my registration abs tags. I called several times and left messages without any call back or status. I was force to go at this place not once but twice having 2 different stories what's the hold up. It's either the title was not completely signed and the last one was that they have 90 days (DMV) and due to COVID there's delay. I got a car earlier from another place and paid cash , COVID didn't delay the process. The service sucks at this places and I feel like once you commit and bought the car, you're in the back burner once They get their commission on the sales. I shouldn't be eating my time going back and fort if Raj would just return my call or call me (he asked my phone number) to give status. There are better car dealerships I dealt with. This one is not one of them.

I bought a pickup from these guys and Raj told me that they had changed the oil pan gasket. I took it in to get tires and check why it was leaking a bit and all they did was put silicon around it and spray painted it black so it looked ok. I have pictures and statement from auto repair, $6800 later it was fixed. I had to call to get title after 90 days that is I am just now posting, I didn't think I would get it. I understand "AS IS" and as they will say they offered $250 per day (max 3 days) return option. BUYER BEWARE of these guys is my only recourse at this point. I know they knew and that nothing would be done but just quote the "AS IS and we gave the option". DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I bought a truck from H*5*6*0***4*6*6*8*6H and Raj had told me they had to do some work but fixed it by replacing the the oil pan gasket. I took it to ********* to have 2 mismatched tires to put on and told them to check to see why it was leaking oil. The report I got back in writing said that the oil pan gasket was not changed and H*5*6*0***4*6*6*8*6H had put silicon all around the oil pan and oil filter mounting bracket and then sprayed it with black paint. They also broke a bolt off the oil filter housing. $6800 later it was fixed. I have documentation and pictures. I've read their responses and they will just quote that they offered me the $250 per day (max * days) return policy coverage which I understand but lying about work shows the character of this establishment. Check Yelp and they have so many stories like mine.I only hope to steer others away from this place. DO NOT BUY FROM H*5*6*0***4*6*6*8*6H.

This is difficult to write because I like so many others, trusted this outfit. I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic 2 door in late March 2021. I have had nothing but EXPENSIVE problems with this car since then. The manufacturer's warranty covered several problems on the power train but not all. I am out of pocket about $3,500 and am facing a purchase of a new gas tank and parts for $4,100.00 from a reputable dealer, Mel Rapton. The Rapton dealership told me this car should never have been put out on the market. It's a real shame - I'm a pretty easy going person but this is beyond the pail. I have called many times and spoken with Raj with the promise of a call from Jay, the owner. No such luck. How can people still be in business with this type of behavior. Literally, Buyer Be Wear. Buy from a reputable dealer with a dealer warranty. Carolyn H.

What a nightmare! Absolutely zero integrity or Conscious from "Raj". I found a car car that I was interested in purchasing. I live 45 min up the hill so handled most details via email and calls. I requested paperwork showing all satisfy checks that were performed in the car. I was told they would email that to me. I never received it. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I find a ride all the way down there to purchase the vehicle. Upon returning from a test drive, the vehicle begins pouring smoke from the underside and smells badly of breaks!! Raj is completely flat affect, no surprise or concern and just says "is there another car you want?" No! Then proceeds to tell me he is taking it to mechanic and will call me by end of day. NO CALL! I then see the following day that the car has been put on Carfax! One of the points I see via Carfax is that it has had odometer roll back! it is unbelievable to me, especially after reading these other reviews, that a place like this can remain in business. I'm not even one to write reviews but find it very concerning that a vehicle was put on a lot with a very obvious, safety issue such as breaks!! Despicable!!!

One word to describe our experience: UGHHHHHH. My S.O. bought a car here in February. As part of the sale, we paid x amount for license and registration fees, assuming this was so that Primetime could transfer the car's info with the DMV. Makes sense, right? We left the lot with a temporary paper registration (you know, the kind they tape to the window). Great. Fair enough. Fast forward to today (now past our 90 day temporary registration expiration date) -- we still haven't received our metal plates. We called the DMV multiple times to check in, and each time they told us the paperwork was never filed by the seller. Ok.... fine. I get that people lag. But what really frustrates me is how UNRESPONSIVE Primetime Autos has been/still is! To this very day, after numerous attempts to reach them, they have not answered any of our calls, nor have they returned any of our messages. We think the owner might be screening our number, and I speculate that perhaps he's been lagging because the previous person he got the car from didn't transfer the title to Primetime in the first place. Which would be illegal, but hey worse things have happened. I wouldn't be surprised. Used car lots have bad reputations for a reason. Anyway, we don't live super close to the lot, and because of work schedules, child care, business hours, etc. it's been difficult to confront the owner in person (but that's our next step). In the meantime... LESSON LEARNED! I give this place 0 stars and may consider updating this review should the registration transfer go through ASAP. Seriously though, we just want our dang plates...!!!! P.S. We took the car to the manufacturer dealership for a general check up post-sale. Turns out it had a blown gasket, messed up wheel bearing, and now the AC doesn't work. *smh* ... I think moving forward, our future purchases will be "certified pre-owned."

Bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla for a good price. Checked the Car Fax and had good maintenance an no collisions and smogged. I did not buy a warranty or pay 150 dollars to return in 3 days. The next day engine light came on and my friend had a code reader. Transmission code came up. Took it to my mechanic and advised t take it to A1 transmission. Apparently the clear the codes and drive it gently to the amount of mile to smog it. If the light doesn't come on they can legally smog the car an sell it. Cars before 2010 don't keep the history so no way to prove it. Even if I bought the warranty it wouldn't be useable for 90 days.

READ THE REVIEWS. They are absolute legit. I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt. I live almost 2 hours away from this place and was in search of a vehicle. Everything checked out online and I had talked to Raj before making the decision to drive out there to take a look at the vehicle. I asked him what visible damaged there were and he said the vehicle was in great condition and tires had about 60-65% of life left. Fast forward, we arrived at the place. Tires needed to be changed. We almost missed the two large cracks on the windshield because they had one of their advertisements covering it. After taking a deeper look at the vehicle, it appears that it's been hit before (wasn't disclosed on carfax or anywhere) and the rear bumper wasnt aligned and there were questionable damages around the rear as well. After going inside to talk to Raj, there was no acknowledgment - just a blank stare we walked in. Totally not customer friendly with no respect of your time and I question the quality of the vehicles they sell. BUYER BEWARE!

Raj and the crew at primetime know customer service. Never pushy and very genuine. I decided to purchase a car from them and saw some minor flaws which was to be expected from a used car. Raj went above and beyond from beginning to even after purchased to make sure I was completely satisfied with my vehicle. If you are looking for a used car and want someone you can trust that has your best interest go to primetime auto.

I am unsure why they have a good rating on BBB, but this will not be for long. Jay Tarazi, the owner is very personable, however in retrospect, is just another used car manipulative salesperson lacking integrity. I bought a 2012 Prius v with almost 100,000 miles. I was displaced by the Paradise Camp fire and needed a vehicle right away, and mistakenly trusted him. The car was making an unusual sound when I first started it and he assured me "all Prius cars make that sound". The car looked cleaned, and since it was a Toyota and a Prius with relatively low miles, I paid cash for it. Within three weeks the check engine light came on as well as the hybrid battery light. It needed a new hybrid battery, which costs nearly $4,000 by Toyota. He got angry and defensive when I asked him to take it back, since my money was very limited after the fire. He refused and said it could be fixed at MY expense if I just replaced a few of the battery cells. This practice is not authorized by any hybrid dealer and will not be able to be under any warranty. The engine is also missing on cylinder three and the Lithia dealer and two other dealers, (who I took it too for confirmation), identified the same problem. He said I refused a warranty (they do not cover hybrid batteries, and have many exclusions) and bought it "As-Is". There are more than 60 negative reviews regarding this dealership. Have your own mechanic check it if you still choose to do business with them. I have had to pay for a new battery and now it will need a head gasket repair, costing thousands more. It appears they buy from the auction, send it for a basic detail, and put it on the lot and make thousands on most vehicle. A "green light" dealership evaluates the car mechanically, and repairs what is needed before putting it on the lot. A "red light dealership" cleans it up, (supposedly checks the brakes) and puts a basic detail on it, without doing a basic eval. Just read the other complaints before you buy from them. Many have the same complaints with major transmission problems, engine problems, etc. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the B.A.R., the BBB, and the DMV investigation department since he had not even sent in the paper work for a month! I still do not have the title and cannot sell it, which according to the DMV is a misdemeanor after 50 days of purchase. They have messed with the wrong consumer!!!
