If I could give 0 stars I would. Bathroom is disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Stopped here yesterday. There's a sign that says $5 minimum or a $0.50 surcharge. That's fine and understandable but when I went to pay for my bottle of water and energy drink the clerk deliberately wrung me up for 2 energy drinks and a water scanning the energy drink twice. I was speechless. He was on the phone the whole time and wouldn't look up at me and rushed me. Wouldn't offer a reciept (obviously) either. Don't stop here unless you have to.

Stopped for gas, a little above the average price for the area. No windshield washer squeegees or fluid to clean your windshield and restrooms in need of a major cleaning.

Stocked with snacks and drinks. Lots of room to park and right on the NC/SC border. There are bathrooms! The bathrooms were okay. Needed restocked with toilet paper and the sinks didn’t work but they had soap. Multiple stalls in women’s.

We stopped at this place as we had been riding for some time. You will see pictures of a modern interior that is clean and filled with merchandise. It is not. It had very few things and - actually - very few shelves to boot. There were several people congregating in the place and this was in the early afternoon. The clerk behind the counter was a big, imposing fellow. He spoke very little english. There was a small woman floating around apparently doing something for him. It wasn't quite clear. It was generally creepy. I am not sure this is still a Shell gas station. They had no drink machines nor refrigerators nor ice chests so I went to look for ice. There was a sign on the one machine operational - 'Cup Ice - 50 cents'.
If it had been even early evening and I opened that door and saw what was in there I would not have entered. A person I was with really needed something to drink or I would have turned around there. If Shell has anything to do with that place they need to correct it immediately. If not - good for them. That's just 100% wrong.

Decent gas station, but the bathrooms were a war zone. If you’re going to post required patronage to use the restroom facilities, keep them clean to warrant the request.

Right on the NC SC State line. Great place to pull off with lots of parking and a covered area with four picnic tables to rest.Typical travel Gas station. Nice staff. Somewhat clean store and bathroom do to heavy people traffic. Plenty of gas pumps. Convenient for cars and trucks. LOTS of parking. Easily accessible. Coffee, large selection of Snacks, Drinks, Travel items. Well stocked with pricing that matches convenience. Well lite at night, inside and outside. In and out convenient stop usually CROWDED during the summer months with travellers.

Have to buy something to use the rest room so we did but a one star is also what you get.
