I called in this morning to follow up on an engine I was trying to buy from Danielle, x- 808. She sent my call to voicemail, so I called back to get someone else to help me, she’s not very nice, and never has been….she called me back while dialing back in….and said I send people to voicemail for a reason, not good morning, how are you doing today, no updates on my engine pictures and vin code I requested yesterday, and she just basically started berating me for calling back…? I asked was she joking or being rude….then she started lecturing me about calling two times to get the customer service on a part that I need. I have done business with this company for over 20 years…they have ALWAYS been a challenge to deal with…rude, curt, short, inaccurate and unprofessional… constantly interrupting and I ask, how she justifies treating customers like that? HORRIBLE! \nI have been calling junkyards all over North America and purchasing parts for over 20 years online now….I have some great suppliers who understand GOOD service and good business. I have to say…this company is among the worst of the worst at handing their business or being professional!

Totally unreliable place to do business with! Ordered a small electronic module just before New Years. Was told that it would be shipped in 6 days due to the holidays. I was OK with that. I waited 12 days and its a no show. Called today and was told it was still not shipped but somebody would call me back in 20 minutes with an update. No call received 4 hours later. Called again and jerked around again and told if I don't like then she would just cancel the order. I have had my truck down for 2 weeks waiting on this company who does not care about their customers. This industry will die if the don't get with the times regarding customer service. It's too much work to do business with them when you can go to **** and ****** and take care of business reliably in 2 minutes.

I just want to say that my experience with CarGuts was exceptionally awesome. I found the part I was looking for, a rear axle for a 2003 Ford F250 Super Duty, online at Carguts. I then called Carguts to confirm that they did have the part. Ms. Kathy picked up and took my information and within a minute was able to locate confirm that they did in fact have the axle. Within 30 minutes, another lady, Ms. Danielle, called me to re-confirm the axle I was looking for and to ask how I wanted to receive the axle, shipment or pick up. I told Danielle I would drive over from Ga. on that Friday to pick up the axle. Danielle said they would have the axle inspected and ready for me when I got there. Three days later I drive over to S.C. and walked in the front door at CarGuts to be greeted by a very nice, polite young lady named Danielle. Wow! And she was expecting me! Danielle escorted me back to where the axle was. The differential was opened waiting for my inspection. After I confirmed that the axle and differential were in tip-top shape, almost looked new, the cover was bolted back onto the diff and was then loaded into my pickup. Two days later I get the axle installed into my F250 SD and within 30 seconds of driving I knew I was back in business. This rear axle from Carguts was apparently taken from a very well maintained truck. All gears were tight and virtually no signs of wear. Within a minute I knew there was NO noise coming from the differential. I was so thankful and happy with my experience at Carguts that I've already told other friends about this business. In the end, I will be doing business with Carguts again. Thank you so much Danielle and also Kathy. Both of these girls are awesome and do their job exceptionally well.
