“I have nothing but good to say about Family Car Rental. We first used them in June of last year in an emergency when Hertz in Spartanburg cancelled my reservation all because I asked a question about adding a driver. We had a trip planned to Cherokee NC with purchased tickets to see Unto These Hills. Jill spoke with us through the office in Shelby NC via text and made the trip happen. I've used their rental service since. You have to have full coverage to rent. BUT there's no push to purchase additional insurance s there is with the major syndicates ie Enterprise Hertz etc. No major credit is required to rent. You just pay a $200 deposit with your debit card. If the car is returned as it was when renting started you get your deposit back. You can even leave your vehicle on the property when using the rental which is super convenient.”

“The pick-up process couldn't have been easier. I got my truck and key and was on the road in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate PHN Services LLC making U-Haul pick-up and drop-off simple for customers in Shelby. Thank you!”
“John was very nice and friendly when picking up truck. Went over all the Uhaul needed info for return. Equipment was very clean and in great working order. Would rent from this location again.”

“I just called to inquire about parking spots. Ashley took the time to check without grumbling or complaining. I found her to be a very humble, pleasant, and courteous lady. It seems clear to me that she has a very firm understanding of what customer service is all about and that others should look to her as an example to follow.”
