I had an issue where a package was marked as delivered but wasn’t in my mailbox. After opening a service request, Traci promptly called me with proof that it was scanned at my mailbox—super professional! Later, I ran into Kim (my amazing rural carrier), who hand-delivered my replacement package and even shared helpful insight about recent neighborhood issues that likely caused the original disappearance.
Quintin (a city carrier I know from the YMCA’s kickboxing class) and the whole team at Blacksburg SC USPS go above and beyond. Their friendliness, efficiency, and dedication are unmatched. So grateful to have such outstanding service in our community!”
