“4.5 stars for the friendly staff at the counter, however the route carriers may need some help. I live in a trailer park and have no control over the holes in the road leading up to my road, yet my mail lady has gave notices to everyone that lives on this side in their boxes that she will not deliver packages and such to our doors because she refuses to drive down this road. We took it to our manager and he fixed it, yet she still does not deliver to our doors and yes the roads are falling apart again but not like they were. So can she really hold our packages hostage and make us drive all the way to the post office just to pick them up. It just seems strange that we can drive our cars on this road and not damage it yet she can't. It's part of the job right? To deliver packages? And what is with the late afternoon to almost always after the post office closes before she delivers our mail? Are they that short staffed?”
