“Overall access and facility are great. But, when it comes to service is where the rubber meets the road. Carlton, the newest manager, helped me out of a mistake on my part on a Sunday. So, my fault, non business day, after hours and he went out of his way to meet me at the facility. THAT is service. It was greatly appreciated and I am eternally grateful. “The Agent who helped me was absolutely THE BEST!! He helped me with my rental of a Trailer to go get my belongings from Louisiana... it was so easy and affordable to get a small trailer. I HIGHLY recommend renting your Uhaul from here as opposed to renting anywhere else or from any other company! Excellent customer care and service all around! Will come here again if I ever need another truck or trailer.”
