I am a local business owner for over 20 years. I decided to open a business checking account at the bluffton branch. I met with Lisa while with her we were interrupted 4 times while she was repeatedly told her next appointment was waiting. Lisa told me that she would take care of ordering my business checks. I called repeatedly, to no avail. No one answers the phone there. I had someone go in to check on our checks, because my current bank blocked my account due to fraud, and my account being compromised. A week had already passed with no checks. About an hour later, i found an email stating that checks had JUST been ordered! Lisa was unapologetic, and argumentative. Days later, i received 50 checks that had carbon copies attached to them. Not what my business has used in over 20 years. Super bad service, she said they don't answer the phone because they are a BIG bank, and not what i was used to!!!

BOA is always convenient. They offer 24 hr ATM service from both walk-up and Drive-in. Their locations are always well lit and provide surveillance cameras for the protection of its customers. They strive to make every experience with them a good one, even when I may be dissatisfied by something. I recommend that everyone at least try them. I'm aware that due to the many different banking experiences that someone may have and their personal banking needs, that BOA may not be the best fit. However, with it's ever growing line of banking services offered, coupled with the years of experience in banking that is being shared, all the way from the local branch, up to their corporate headquarters. I feel confident that\\\"if\\\" they cannot meet your current financial needs, give it a year and then check again.

One of the worst banks I have ever tried to deal with. Because I'm not a customer they would not cash a $5500 check. The reason was it exceeded their check cashing limits. So basically anybody that gives you a check from this bank if it exceeds their limit they will not cash it so that check is basically worthless. Other problems in the past yet too many to mention. I advised everybody to stay away From this bank.

Worked with Natalia and Tatyana today to set up personal and business accounts. They were incredibly professional, patient and kind. I had the best experience at Bank of America today with the Bluffton crew! Thank you so much!!!!

One teller and 10 customers in line on a Monday afternoon. Just reduced hours too. Maybe time to switch banks.
