Can I give zero stars? I'll try to be brief. I spent over $10K for new tv's for new home. Was told if I bought something I did not need I could return it and was given a phone number and extension to dial. Over 10 calls later without ever getting a live person on the phone, I gave up and drove back out to Bluffton from Hilton Head. I was then informed that they take NO incoming phone calls. All calls go to a call center. Where they are not answered!!!!! Then I was told I could not cancel what I needed to cancel because I might lose my place in line for my install of equipment. Just be at the house when they are installed and don't let them install what I do not want and then bring it back for refund. Are you kidding me? I also asked about adding to the order... Guess what? Might lose my place in line. lol!!!! Unbelievable!!! Best Buy should be ashamed. Then I was told, all the Best Buys are like this, no incoming phone calls. Just shop somewhere else. I'm going to.

I've consistently had disappointing experiences at Best Buy. It seems that every time I visit, the staff is nowhere to be found, leaving me to wander the aisles without any assistance. It's disheartening that I always have to make the trek to the cashier just to seek help. Customer service should be proactive, not something customers have to actively pursue. Overall, a lackluster and frustrating shopping environment.

Always a great experience at Best Buy. Welcoming atmosphere, they greet you when you enter the building. A great place to browse your options and items they may have on sale during holidays.

I have an older automobile that has bluetooth for the phone, but the stereo is AM/FM only. I have not listened to AM/FM radio in many years and thought during that time it could not get it any worse, boy was I wrong.Stopped at Best Buy to purchase a bluetooth plug in adapter for the cigarette lighter. Started viewing the in dash replacement screens. Young gentleman ask if I needed assistance and responded, that I prefer a portable stereo system that attaches to the dash, window or other using suction cups rather than drilling into the dash. He informed me that Best Buy does not carry the devices, even though I researched on the website, and the best option is to purchase one for ~$100 online at xxxxx website. If I need something today to purchase the adapter, answered my questions to ensure it suited my needs. Excellent service from the young gentleman and not so much for Best Buy advertising the product online when it is not available.

Thinly staffed. When I did get help the gentleman was helpful so I gave them two stars instead of one. Fitbit was out of stock but could be in store in two days. I left to wait for a call back from doctor's office to see which one was the best for me. After getting the call from the doctor's office, I called Best buy to order a Fitbit three times and hung up after being on hold for 5 minutes each time. Best buy has lost a sale.

The worst customer service ever, EMRYS at geek squad was nasty, snobby, and no help. She was obviously the only one there and couldn't stop talking about it

Don't bother calling the store the AI won't connect you with anyone. I had to waste time driving to the store to find they do not stock the product I was looking for and no one cared that their phone system doesn't work properly.
